The Kingdom of Numenor is home to many different types of Fae. Their ruler, Nyx, is a gentle hearted queen who is the rare rainbow faerie. For generations, she has overlooked many different fae to be her successor, and surprisingly, 5 different faeries have caught her eye. Truth be told there may only be one queen, but Nyx knows there is something great in each and everyone of them. She has chosen Calypso to follow in her footsteps and become a rainbow fae and ask the Old Ones to bring her a suitable beloved to rule alongside her, and lets the other's become elemental embassadors for the kingdom. She trusts the Old Ones for they speak of a great evil rising from the ashes in the form of a dark faerie named Desdemona. Will they prevail in defeating this evil? Or will the Kingdom fall into her wicked grasp? Follow them through their journey of love, fear, and possible loss.
