Scarlett pov

I woke up to my sister annoying voice. I groaned and wasn't ready to start my miserable life for today. I turned 18 one week ago and me and my wolf were sadden that we haven't found our mate yet. We get our wolves  when we are 15 and should get our mate when we are 18 or earlier if our mate turns 18 before us.

He was the one who could save me from this life of living in the shadow of my younger sister Brooklyn Fawn Sanderson.

Brooklyn was everything I wasn't. She was taller than me, pretty, Skinner. Boys loved her and she had bloned hair. Her eyes are blue and mine are simple brown. She has whiter teeth and she was popular, also she's the favorite child.

She had my mothers bloned hair but my dad's face. I had my dad's red hair and mom's face. That's wasn't a big deal because my parents are both wonderful to the eye.

"Are you coming?" my sister said to me. I looked up at her form my bed. "No" I groaned throwing my covers back over me. "Get up and be ready in 10 minutes or I'll leave your a** then you will have to walk to school." She said making my wolf growl. Me and my sister aren't morning people.

She got a car when she was 16 but me, nope my parents said that she could just drive me. We don't even celebrate my birthday. They even got her a gift on my birthday one year.

I got up and headed to my closet. I grabbed my school uniform and went to the bathroom.
I took a quick shower and slipped on on my uniform.

I hated it so much because it looked like uniforms from a anime show my bff watched. My uniform showed to much skin. The guys uniform was the opposite of ours. Lucky them...

I braided my hair and put some listick on and a bit of mascara. I grabbed my bag and went to see if Brooklyn was still here or not. Of course she left me. "Mom when am I going to get my own car. I'm older than Brooklyn and y'all bought her a car when she was 16." I said to them. "We talked about this before, y'all can ride together" she said as I rolled my eyes. "she left me" I said pointing to the yard.
