Tayler ran out of his room after he locked my phone. I unlocked it and saw his text to Justin and Justin's reply. You have got to be kidding me.
"TAYLER!" I ran after him but he had already walked out of the house. "URGGG DEV!" I turned and Dev smiled at me.
"What's up buttercup?" I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Drive me to Shore Line Park." He frowned at me and looked down.
"Tayler just told me not to take you..." I grabbed his collar and pulled him down to my 5'1" height.
"I'll hurt you Dev, I mean it." He tried prying my hands off him but I wouldn't let him go.
"Alright, let go." I let go and we ran out, I jumped into his car and we took off.

I jumped out and Tayler was sitting by the sign.
"Tayl-" Justin's car pulled up and he got out with four body guards.
"Had to bring backup huh? What to scared?" Tayler was standing and I got between them.
"Naw just making sure I don't get jumped." They took closer steps and I placed one hand on each chest.
"STOP!" I yelled but Justin pushed me away and Tayler swung. "STOP!" His fist made contact and Justin stumbled. Justin swung and made Tayler stumble. "PLEASE GUYS!" I tried getting between them but Justin swung and I ducked. He knocked Tayler to the ground and jumped on him. "This is a great birthday present." I rolled my eyes and whispered under my breath.
I threw my stuff down and pulled at Justin's shirt. He slapped me and started pounding Tayler's face. Tayler practically threw Justin off and started pounding his face. I felt tears start falling out of my eyes and it made me mad. I've cried enough times over Justin and I'm done with it. Justin flipped him and Tayler, he went to punch Tayler and I grabbed his hand. He turned to shove me but I punched him and he fell off Tayler.
"GOSH YOU'RE CRAZY I'M DEFINITELY DONE!" Justin screamed and got into his car. They peeled out and Tayler gripped my shoulder making me face him.
"WHY'D YOU GET INVOLVED!? I COULD HAVE HANDLED IT ON MY OWN!" He glared at me and I glared back.
"I DIDN'T DO IT FOR YOU!! I DID IT FOR MYSELF! HE SLAPPED ME TAYLER AND I WASN'T ABOUT TO JUST SIT AND LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT!" He let go of my shoulder and shook his head.
"I could have handled it, I'm the one that should protect you!" This just pissed me off.
"I DON'T NEED PROTECTION! I NEED SOMEONE TO LOVE ME! I DON'T NEED ANYONE TO LOOK AFTER ME! I DON'T NEED TO RELY ON SOMEONE!" I had tears streaming down my face. I met him not even two weeks ago and I'm already ruining this friendship. I turned and shrugged while shaking my head. "Just screw it."
I tried to walk off I did, but he grabbed my arm and pulled me into a hug. I fought against him but he only held me closer. I eventually stopped fighting and cried into his shoulder.
"Why are you crying gorgeous?" I looked up and glared at him.
"I don't like seeing you get hurt, or any of my friends."
"Ouch friend zoned that hurt Chloe that hurt." I gave him a sarcastic smile and he laughed. "Don't worry I can handle myself." I smirked and tapped his nose. "OW!" I laughed and he smiled.
"Shut up," I pushed him away and started walking to Dev's car.
"I didn't say anything!" He raised his hands up and followed me but he almost fell. I caught him and raised my eyebrows as he smiled. "The fights catching up to me now, my adrenaline is gone." I laughed and Bryce walked up.
"As much as we all are enjoying these Cayler moments, I should get him to a hospital." I handed Tayler to Bryce but kissed the tip of his nose before I did.
"Cute, now you need to fight Lexi," Jordyn, Loren, and Sophia came out of no where.
"I'm not really looking for an easy win." I shrugged and then the obnoxious voice spoke.
"That's a hilarious joke ha," I turned and saw Lexi standing with Luna. I blinked at Luna, she looked ashamed, she should be.
"Luna?" She backed away and Lexi looked over at her then back at me.
"Yea she's my bestie! Did you really think she was joking when she called you all those things? She was just repeating what I told her, gosh so gullible." I smiled and Bryce's car pulled up. I thought they just left?
"What is going on now?" I looked and Lexi swung. I dodged it of course but she swung at my stomach and knocked some breath out of me. I stood up and punched her in her face then tackled her and started pounding her face.
"Get her off before she kills her!!" Tayler yelled and Luna grabbed my arm. I turned and she lifted her arms. I punched her in the nose and then started punching Lexi again. Bryce, Dev, and Juwany grabbed my arms and pulled me off. They tossed me to Tayler and he grabbed my waist.
Luna had a bloody nose, and don't even get me started on Lexi. I spat at them and Lexi tried standing up.
"Let-t's con-tin-ue," she lifted her fist but fell onto Luna.
"Screw you Luna, you were my best friend!" I jumped at her and she dropped Lexi and ran.
"Calm down Chlo, calm down." Tayler held me close to him and I felt myself relax.
