   *******Reader's POV**************************************************************************

When the light filled into the room,it was perfectly normal, there was no sign that something was out of place. I noticed this while I was sitting in my bed, my heart was still beating like a drum in a marching band. I stayed there on my bed, observing each corner of my bedroom until at last my heartbeat returned at a regular pace. Slowly, I layed down again in my bed. I stared intensely at the switch of the lamp that was standing next to my bed, thinking if I should leave it on for the rest of the night. But another part of me was determined to find out...

After a minute of listening to the restlessness of my thoughts, I finally decided to slowly raise my arm in the direction of the lamp. When I finally had my fingers on the switch, a brief sigh escaped from my lips. Finally,I turned off the light on my lamp and my bedroom was swallowed by darkness of the night. I closed my eyes for a long minute ... Suddenly, I again felt a series of soft breaths on the side of my neck. I felt again the delicate caresses of someone else's hands on my right arm. "He" had returned again, and was now using one of his hands to stroke my neck.

This wasn't my first encounter with the stranger behind me, in fact, this started happening three days ago on my eighteeth birthday. At first I would scream until my roomate would come rushing into my room, turning the lights on my room, yet the only person she would see was me freaking out on my bed. She would tell me it was only a nightmare and leave my room, yet when she would turn off the lights and and close the door, the stranger would appear again. This kept going on until tonight, I would have to face this situation, I needed my questions answered.

"It looks like you've finally calmed down now."

The stranger's soft whispering into my ear startled me out of my thoughts. After managing to calm myself down I mustered up all of my bravery to ask in a whisper the stranger,"How did get in my room? Do you plan to hurt me?"

"I don't plan to hurt you at all, but I'm afraid I can't answer your first question because I don't      know how I got here either.", the stranger briefly commented as he started twirling my hair              with his fingers.
