I'm sitting there snuggling up with Daniel in the dark with the television light flashing in my face. I fell my phone vibrate in my pocket and look down at it. I take a quick peek at it and realise it's from Brooke saying:
To Louisa:
Come quick! it's urgent! HURRY!
From Brooke.
I look at it then at the tv pretending to realise that i had something on with my mum and we were going out to have dinner together.
'Oh shit! I forgot! I was surpose to go out with my mum to dinner' I say standing up grabbing my bag.
'Wait but the movie hasn't finnished yet.' he says pointing to the tv.
'I know sorry. I will see you tomorrow.' i say walking out the front door as daniel sits there turning the tv off and walking towards the kitchen as I am heading out the door way. My phone rings and I quickly grab it out of my bag and flip it open. I put my ear against it and hear someone crying on the other line.
'Brooke? Whats going on?' I say starting to jog back to my place when I hear a horn in the background. I turn around to see Daniel slowing down to give me a lift.
'You seem like your in a rush...Where to?' he says leaning over to reach for the door handle for the door closest to me. I smile and jump in telling him to go to Beau's house then kissing him on the cheek.
'Beau got drunk with Jai and Luke but I only had two drinks but then they went outside but because their pool fence hadn't been put up yet I was yelling at the telling them not to muck around the pool especially when drunk but they did anyway.' Brooke says panicing.
'Ok ok but why are you crying?' I say looking at Daniel.
'Beau fell in and hit his head so I had to jump in after him and get him out. He's not breathing! HURRY UP' she yells back at me.
'Ok we will be there soon call the ambulance and keep calm. He will be ok' I say before hanging up.
I look over at Daniel and shake my head as I tell him what has happened. We turn the corner and see the ambulance at the Brooks brothers place. As Daniel pulls over, I unclick my seat belt and wait till we stop driving so i can open the door and do to see Beau and Brooke. I see Brooke standing there with her hands covering her mouth crying, leaning against a pole at the front of Beau's house. I run up to Brooke and give her a huge hug. I turn around to see Beau getting put in the back of the ambulance as a tear runs down my cheek. I look over at Jai and see him just standing there with Luke sitting on the curb beside him.
'You guys ok?' I say walking towards Jai and Luke away from everyone.
'Not really' Luke says
'We should have listened to Brooke.' says Jai before sighing.
'You knew something was gonna happen guys. Like seriously. You should know better.' I say sounding disapointed.
'Well we were drunk! We didn't know!'
'Yes you did and why were you getting drunk in the first place? your way to young! where was Gina?' I say getting real mad.
