Ansh found Professor Kain on the stairs that led to his stage of the auditorium. His next class met there. His mother waited for him in her car outside. His father had told him to meet his teacher's here five minutes ago. He hurried through the empty hallway. A storm was on its way and the clouds blocked out the sun, causing the automatic lights to turn on inside.

He made it to Kain's room and stopped. He was breathing heavily and sweating because he ran there. When he entered the room, he smelled in the scent of the melted plastic from Kain's 3D printer. It hummed and chirped in the corner. Professor Kain was next to it.

Ansh glanced behind him, making sure that no one had followed him. Then he said to Professor Kain, "Now that this semester has ended, I'll need next semester's lessons and tests."

"Ansh, I already gave you more than enough over the summer."

"No, you haven't. My father told me you were on board and that you would help."

"Like I said..."

Ansh interrupted him,"Do you want me to call my father now? You can exp..."

"That's quite all right, Ansh. No reason to bother him. I will gather what you'll need and send it over the break."

"You will send it today."

"Yes. Today."

A door opened behind them. "Professor Kain, are you here?" The female Russian accent revealed that it was Professor Petrov.

She stomped back towards them. Her shoes click-clocked with the ground, echoing throughout the auditorium.

"Hello, Ansh. Your father asked to meet you here." She was taller than him and more massive than him. He was still afraid of her even though he was the top student.

"Yes. Can I count on you to send me the same information this semester?"

"Yes. As long as he continues to pay on time." She nodded her head. "Send your father my regards." She turned around and walked back out of the room.

"I will," said Ansh.
