Your heart is pounding as your feet hit the ground in a wave of extraordinary choreography. Headphones on because you know there are others in the room who want you fail. A sudden shove to your back finally breaks your focus and you take off your headphones.
"This room is for more experienced trainees." A Minjoo scoffed.
Experienced trainees? Are you kidding me?
You let it go. Choi Minjoo is apart of a trainee group that is comprised of a couple of girls. You never cared enough to count or really learn the others named but you knew Minjoo. She used to be a good friend of yours but when you two joined for the same entertainment company, your friendship broke in two.
Big Hit Entertainment.
It's prestigious.
Minjoo had auditioned for the vocal section of BigHit just around 6 times before she was accepted which was finally in a first year of highschool. That same year you had won first place in a dance competition and been scouted by BigHit.
As youre friendship crumbled so did your hopes. Especially when the woman that had previously scouted you was fired.
"Hiyoko?! Did you hear me?" She spat.
"Well the manager told me to practice in this room." You sighed and continued dancing to overdose. Their gazes were so targeted, it could have pierced your skin.
"She's actually pretty good." One of the other girls whispered behind Minjoo.
"OUCH!" Minjoo fell to the ground. You felt the vibration and turned off your music only to see Minjoo holding her wrist.
"You hit me. My wrist could be hurt. I'm telling the manager." Minjoo yelled.
"What the?! I didn't touch you!" You yell back, throwing your headphones to the ground.
"We'll see what our manager says about that." Minjoo snickers and walks out.
-----
"I didn't touch her."
You are now sitting in a room alone with your manager being scolded for something you didn't do.
"Well how did she hurt her wrist?" He asks.
"It's not hurt. She faking-"
"You know I can't keep defending you in meetings. This is your second strike. One more and you're gone."
Defending me? You attack me! You're barely a manager!!
"I understand." You reply gritting your teeth.
"Good. Now, go to the basement level and use the practice rooms down there." He sighs and gets back to his paper work.
"What?! It's scary down there!" You stand up in a huff.
"GO!"
----
The hallway isnt dark and it doesn't look paranormal or anything, but the basement level was simply creepy. It was full of empty practice rooms and no one barely got down there. The trash cans had dust on them for heaven's sake!
"Stupid." You kick a empty water bottle that was laying on the ground.
Finally you reach room 4. It's the only one the manager gave you the code to so it was the one you had to use. As you get in to the room and turn on the light, the door echos behind you.
"Uhgggg creepy!!"
It's been about an hour after stretching and warming up with a couple of moves you start dancing. Finally back into your groove and it gets you thinking. This was your favourite time to think.
