Trip to The East Part 2

(Ren Kasumi Goro POV.)

   That day was the last time I saw them, well as human beings though.

 The virus was actually a disease that a stupid or mentally insane scientize made. He apparently had told people that the virus was to help them to get superpowers with one shot.

 I don't know which one was ridiculous, one with guy bing that retarded as to thinking that it would drag people into taking the virus without thinking twice about it or, that people actually fell for that. 

 It started to spread at first not that notable. Then suddenly it was a wildfire in the attempt to protect the citizens that were not infected. The government had made a 'safe hold' for the citizens to keep them all contained into this one big area. 

It turned out in the end that it was a horrible mistake. Just a perfect trap and a living hell for the people in there for that Mr.Sick-guy. In all, it made it an easy target for that Jackass to infect more people. I swear that his motives, twisted to the bones. 

In the end, some survived and some didn't make it. We had to go in there and kill off the bitters and save the survivors, the ones that were not bitten yet. I was looking for my family but nearly all of them were all bitten or were eaten right in front of my own eyes.

 I hear the cry of pain from them getting torn from lime to lime being eaten rapidly fast. If I thought I had been through so much already.

Just to top it all off, I had to shoot at my OWN family to save others. It was hard for me to do that, I almost let myself be eaten. But I just couldn't do it, in the end, I ended up killing them. 

 I had enough, I shattered like someone grabbed a hammer and just, repeatedly kept beat it down on a glass heart with no stop until it was incomplete shatter that you could not tell what it was just at that point. 

 The end of all the chaos I let myself fall on the floor crying in agony and loss, shaking so much that Mr. Kim was holding on to me so tightly. Like I would slip right out of his arms. The last shot to my mother's head was all it took to take down the last member of my family. It took me 45 minutes and 30 seconds, for it to kill them all. those 45 minutes and 30 seconds were the worst experiences that I have ever been throughout my entire life. 

 It surprised many people that's for sure it made it even more real than before. One of the strongest people in the system fell down and shattered right there to show a girl that lost everything. Holding onto the family necklace that was a gift from grandfather.  

Now living with Mr. Kim, and the others like some of the old lab employees here in this safe hold. Its station near the old lad, that I mostly live on my own, in the actual lab. 

We had to rebuild the borders and made it ten times stronger, that humans that we have given permission to, could come in. We also made houses and lots of little farms and some more cool and necessary things for us to live here.

 Mr.Kim, one of the head leaders that helps run our small community here. With him being more knowledge in medicine and him mostly taking care of us all like family. Well the left of us that are here anyways.

  the government had fallen and is trying to rebuild its reputation now. Personally, I believed that they got more twisted than before the virus spread. 

 Even when we're not under the government control we all still go on missions, after all, that's what we are good at killing the unwanted and getting what we want. Like to get more supplies or to if there are any more survivors.
