How it begin~

Chapter 1

Jack's POV:

It was the bright earlier morning in Los Angeles. I packed my luggage and put it inside the car boot. This was the day that I am moving to California as my parents need to work there for 2 years. I felt excited but worried too as I may not be able to get used to the school and friends there. Moreover, I will miss all my fellow friends who are in Los Angeles. I bid farewell to them on my last day of school in Los Angeles. I hope that 2 years will pass quickly...

Anyway, the journey frome Los Angeles to California is about approximately 6 hours. We went to the toilet before going on the long ride. Granddad followed us as he wanted to look for Bobby Wasabi, his long lost student. We also brought along a my adopted dog. He was a chihuahua and his name is Austin. I adopted him from an animal shelter two years ago. We had great times together and begged my parents to bring Austin to California as well.

Not long after, it was time for us to go. We bid farewell to our lovely home and started our six hours ride to our new town. My family made ourselves comfortable before heading off. Mum sat together with dad at the front seats as mum was good at directions and could lead the way.

I brought along my iPad with me. I was practially using it the whole journey I guess. I was checking out the website of my new school, Seaford High School. It looks pretty cool as pictures shown a bigger locker and cafeteria as compared to my previous school. I think that I would probably love this school as much as I love my previous school.

After about three hours ride, my family stopped by at a rest and relax area where we answered the call of nature and drank drinks from a Starbucks Coffee™ shop to quench our thirst. As time was running short, we decided to continue moving on. This time in the car, my conscience told me that I should not use the iPad, instead I should take a nap. Therefore, I prepared two pillows, one for Austin qnd one for me. I also wqnted Austin to have a good rest and so not long later, he was in deep sleep.

<3 hours later...>

"Jack, Austin, wake up! We are in California now!" Dad shouted as he was equally as excited as I am. I cannot believe that we are in California already! I immediately woke up when I heard dad's voice. We were at the doorsteps of our new house. It was grey in colour and I dashed upstairs to choose which room was mine. I chose the room that had a bigger space so as to fit Austin and I. After unpacking my stuff into the room, mum qnd dad then called me down as we are going to Seaford High School to register and to take a look around the school. The only reason why I would chose that school as it was the nearest school to my house. I admit, I am seriously a lazy person. Haha!

After about half an hour, I got back to the general office to collect my timetable. I realised that my parents had chosen music as one of my subjects. My worst subject was music and why on earth did they pick music for me?! I have to accept the fact. Sad. But on the bright side, my parents did not chose art. Phew~

Dad drove us home so that we have more time to explore around the house and streets.
