The screeching sound of the school bell was what brought me back to my senses. I'd only heard it a few times, yet I was already fed up of the forever annoying school bell.
Today was my first day at Seoul high, and just like anyone else, I wanted to make myself a good impression. Shaking my head to make sure that I was in the right mind, I set off to go to my first class. I don't know why this was such a scary experience for me, I should be glad to have a fresh start. Surely I'm not the only person afraid. Surely not.
I turned the last corner before finally reaching the classroom. Taking one last deep breath, I opened the door to be greeted by many pairs of staring eyes. I felt so intimidated at that moment, like their glares were burning into my skull. 'Only 6 more hours until I get out of here today' I thought to myself, hoping to find a way to push through this hell.
"This is our new student, would you like to introduce yourself?" the teacher said as my eyes made their way back up to all the faces rather that my feet.
"Hello. My name is Seo y/n. Please take care of me". The teacher told me where to sit so I made my way to my new seat as quickly as possible. I could still feel all the gazes following and judging my every move.
Let's just hope that it isn't like this for the whole time that I'm here.
