I saw him standing near the lockers talking to his friends. I pulled my books closer to my chest so I didn't drop them. Wait. If I pretend to fall, he would help me, right? I walked past him and my books slid out of my arms. I rolled my ankle the wrong way as I fell. I couldn't help but squeak a little. His friends grabbed my books while he stopped me from falling on the floor. " Thanks, I guess I literally fell for you." They chuckled and I questioned my decision. I asked someone to bring me to the school nurse. He and his friend, Jonah, helped me.

We arrived in the office and they helped me sit on the couch. I thanked them both and they left.

The nurse told me to call someone to pick me up and bring me to the hospital. I called my mom and she said she was on her way. The nurse gave me crutches and I left.

I can't believe he helped me. I chuckled a bit and my mom asked me what was so funny. I told her everything. We both laughed when I finished.

I went home after the hospital, because I sprained my ankle. I rested on the couch while my mom made lunch.

I watched vines while the others were at school. All of a sudden, I heard a knock at the door. I got up and crutched over to the door. I opened it to see someone I was least expecting.
