Chapter 8: Breakdown

After Namjoon had left the others at the meeting.

He came looking for you.

It was almost midnight when Namjoon found you in the park, you had tears running down your cheeks.

Namjoon: "Y/N i have to tell you something."

Y/N: "what?"

Namjoon: "promise you wont be mad."

you promised.

Namjoon: "I told all the gang we were related."

Y/N: "about time.."

Namjoon: "I almost told them about your past. you fainting and everything."

Y/N: "You WHAT?!?"

Namjoon: "I'm sorry but they had to know."

You walked away from Namjoon without looking back and headed home.

Once you reached your house you noticed a shadow on your doorstep.

It was Jungkook.

As you got a closer look he was fast asleep, clearly checking if your ok.

You opened your front door and carried him in.

He was surpringly light you thought as you placed him on the sofa.

You covered him in one of your blankets and went up to your room.

Y/N:(thinking) "He knows everything but stills wants to see me?"

OMG! i need to apologise to Namjoon.

Just as you were about to put on your shoes you check the time.

Y/N: "It's nearly 3am, he will be in bed by now. i'll talk to him in the morning."

You fall asleep.

{the next morning}

You wake up and walk downstairs to make breakfast, forgetting that Jungkook was there.

Once you got downstairs, you remembered Jungkook was there.

As you looked in the kitchen, he spotted you.

Jungkook: "Good morning."

Y/N: "What are you doing?"

Jungkook: "Cooking you breakfast."

You looked down blushing hard and smiling.

Jungkook: "Namjoon is an idiot!"

You suddenly became angry because he was now backstabbing your big brother.

Y/N: "What did you say?"

Jungkook: "Namjoon should of let you tell us when you were ready, instead of telling us all about your past."

Y/N: "He wanted to make sure everyone knew so i wouldn't get hurt."

Jungkook: "still-"

You lost it

Y/N: "GET OUT!"

Jungkook: "Why? Y/N calm down."

Y/N: "LEAVE NOW! HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT NAMJOON LIKE THIS. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HIS FRIEND."

Jungkook left with this head down feeling guilty.

He started to cry as he walked home realising he had actually just lost his chance.

Y/N:(thinking) "i actually can't believe i started to fall for that jerk."

You hear a knock at the door. It's Namjoon.

you open the door and run into your brothers arms.

Y/N: "I'm sorry. im glad everyone knows."

Namjoon: "What's happened with Jungkook now?"

Y/N: "Nothing."

Namjoon: "You have been crying, Y/N. Dont take me as a fool."

You let him in and explained what Jungkook said.

After a while you decided that you couldn't be near Jungkook at the moment.

Y/N: "Namjoon, i have to go away."

Namjoon: "Why?"

Y/N: "Just to clear my head and get over him."

Namjoon: "Where will you go?"

Y/N: "Back home for a few months then ill come back."

Namjoon: "I understand. When do you go?"

Y/N: "Tomorrow."
