Explanation: Sasai has an inner energy that is  exremely danegerous,something his body can maintain. If this energy source is released from his body it can emit an explosion equivalent to A nuke similar to the Hiroshima bomb. The smallest quantity is known to level an entire 100 meter park with ease. This energy can be harnessed by any solid matter. Sasai's go to choice is Metal, Wood and Rock. Each material has itrs own strengths and weaknesses over the other. He cannot use more than one solid for more than 10 seconds or else his body can lose stability and nuke everything. Sasai's emotions are also tied to his quirk. The stronger the feeling while battling the higher the risk of causing a tiny scale explosion. Emotional explosions can be its weakest or strongest. The weakest scaled at a mini crater when heavily controlled through will power. ( This is the first of this event.). Strongest destroyed half of an entire 3/4 of an entire state.(This was not the full energy when exploded).

Downside: His emotions are a big downaide to his quirk mainly because of tue environment around Sasai. Also the solid he picks also play part in his quirk. Each solid has a direct weakness:

• Stone/Rock: Strong powerful Blunt Force Attacks

• Metal: High Temperature, Heat, Fire

•Wood: Blunt attacks and Extreme Heat

There are ways to bypass these flaws in one solid but there aren't many counters for the direct weaknesses.

Side abilities:

Metal and Rock: He makes a full body armor suit or coats certain limbs in metal or Rock to add boosts. He detaches the entire suit of armor and shoots it at the opponent at high speeds.

Wood: Sasai refrains from using wood because of its weaknesses. But when it is used it's very versatile. Sasai can Jab his arm or leg to the ground while wearing it on one of his limbs. This releases dormant seeds or plants in the ground giving them life again. Trees and other plants sprout from the ground as a result of this. Sasai can also heal himself but it takes heavy concentration and lots of energy from him. He also hasn't mastered this yet.
