Y/N POV:
Today I had my first prenatal appointment at 10:00am. I was already up getting ready while Niall was still sleeping. It was currently 8:30am and we had to leave in one hour. I hate having to wake Niall up, but I knew I had to cos I know he definitely wants to come to the appointment as well. After all, this is his baby too.
"Niall babe, time to get up, we have our first baby appointment today" I said stroking the side of his face. Niall let out a moan as he slowly sat up rubbing his eyes.
"Hey babe" Niall said as he kissed me. "You're absolutely glowing this morning"
"Awe thanks Niall" I said hugging him.
Niall was currently getting ready while I was in the kitchen making some breakfast for the two of us. About 15 minutes later, Niall walked into the kitchen and hugged me from behind.
"Smells good Y/N"
"Thanks babe"
We both ate breakfast and left for the appointment around 9:30.
"You looking forward to this Ni" I asked him as soon as we arrived.
"Absolutely babe, I wouldn't miss this for the world"
I went to sign myself in and waited for a few minutes until I was called back.
As soon as I came back, I had to get some vitals completed. After my weight, height, and blood pressure were collected, the doctor started asking me and Niall about our families' medical history.
The doctor also gave me and Niall a pregnancy pamphlet which explained what we can and cannot do.
The last thing that had to be done at the appointment was hearing our baby's heartbeat for the first time which sounded perfect. Niall and I were both happy to hear our baby's heartbeat.
The doctor told us that I'll be having my first ultrasound at our next appointment which is in about 4 weeks.
Niall and I left the doctor both feeling very happy that our baby is healthy and we can't wait for him/her to arrive.
