Hey guys! This is the last chapter in this story,so that means it's WEDDING TIME! Yay! As soon as I'm done with this chapter,I'm going to try and come up with a plot for my next story. Could you guys help? Comment below telling me what you think my next story should be about! Enjoy!
Pop's POV
This was it. Me and Metal were in the backseat of a silver convertible,being driven to the wedding where people were waiting for us. I was EXTREMELY nervous,but yet exited. I could tell Metal was nervous,too.
"Ready?" I asked Metal when we were getting close to the garden.
He smiled and nodded. "Yup. Ready."
When we got to the garden,we stepped out of the car. Everyone cheered and clapped. We went in and got ready,then we went back out to the garden. Metal went into the garden gazebo to wait for me,while my dad walked me down the aisle. I looked out at the crowd. All my friends were out there. All my family. All the people I love.
I looked over at Idol,Scene and Rayna in their bridesmaid gowns. Scene smiled at me encouragingly,as if to say,'This is your big day. Be happy!'
I looked at Rachel,who was slowly walking down the aisle,dropping handfuls of flower petals. I saw Boxxy,Phil,Dan,and Shane all looking like they were about to cry. I STILL couldn't believe they were at my wedding!
It took me a moment to realize that Rachel was done walking down the aisle. The music stopped. The preacher began the ceremony,but I wasn't really listening. I was too busy looking into Metal's beautiful eyes. When the time came for our vows,I got even more nervous. I heard Metal say,"I do."
The preacher asked a question,but I didn't hear. I hadn't been paying attention. But I was smart enough to know that I was supposed to say 'I do.'
I took a deep breath. "I do."
I looked back to the crowd and smiled. Hip Hop yelled out,"I promised myself I wouldn't cry!" everyone stared at him."Uh,I mean,get to the point! This stupid ceremony is ENDLESS!" he said.
I still couldn't hear anything except the preacher saying "By the power vested in me by Jesus Christ,I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride!"
I leaned in to kiss Metal. I was so happy,I couldn't express it on words! The music started back up again. But it wasn't the music we'd had on earlier. It was a Skrillex song! I looked over to the speakers where I saw that Techno and Dubstep had taken over the sound system!
"C'mon,let's get this party started!" Techno yelled at the top of her lungs. Why on EARTH would they switch the song? Everybody got up and started dancing.
"Should we dance?" asked Metal.
I laughed. "Well,hey,it IS a party! C'mon,let's dance!"
We went into the crowd and ATTEMPTED to dance to the song,but we're both terrible dancers,so we pretty much just looked like idiots. Oh well!
When the song was finally over,we headed for the car to go to the reception hall. Everyone was throwing rice and blowing bubbles. I felt so loved!
When we got to the reception hall,Techno and Dubstep were playing their own remix of 'Lemonade' by Rachel Crow. I remembered how me and Metal named our baby girl after Rachel Crow. Speaking of which,where was Rachel?
I found her by Phil and Dan. They had been taking care of her and Justin during the wedding. I carried Rachel and Justin onto the stage. Rayna and Metal came up,too,and the photographer took a family photo.
The rest of the night was mainly just eating and dancing,but I didn't care. It was still the best day of my life,because it was my first day being married to the man I love.
