Life of a Hero

Chapter 10

"Welcome to hell.." Raven whispered as she looked at the huge place.

"Home," you said as you walk inside, leaving a pouty Damian behind still.

"I don't feel so good," Beast Boy mumbles as he stumbles a bit.

"The crystal can only be touched by Y/n and myself. He may have escaped it, but he can't destroy it," Raven says as Damian catches up to you.

"I just hope you left a trail of bread crumbs," Jamie says as you chuckle lightly.

You walk forward and stop at the humongous pit of lava, that contained floating pieces of rock above the surface.

Everything was floating, and in the middle stood a building. The building in your dream that you touched and it disintegrated.

"Hasn't changed a bit," you mumble as Damian takes your hand. He gave you a small smile, as you return one as well.

"Can you transport us beloved?" He asks you as you look out.

"No, it's shielded. Plus, wouldn't it be fun to go straight through anyways?" You ask with a smirk.

You lead the group up the path that takes you to the building, when suddenly you get dizzy. You and Raven both do.

Raven grabs onto Gar, who isn't looming to hot either, while you hold onto Damian. Then giant worm like creatures appear out from behind the building.

They all came hurtling towards you, ready to kill each of you.

"Who's ready to kick some ass?" You ask as you smirk at the team. As they get closer to you, you realize Garfield is on the ground holding his stomach.

You run over to him and try to help him up, only to fall backwards due to the wings that appeared on his back.

"What the hell?!" Jamie yells as the creatures finally make it to you.

You and Jamie work together, protecting Gar as he was still on the ground. Starfire took the ones in the sky while Raven, Damian, Jamie and yourself took the ones on the ground.

Cyborg was just hitting anything he could.
Suddenly, you see Jamie get wrapped in a creature and you rush to him, only to get stopped.

Another creature grabbed your ankle and drug you over the huge lava pit and dropped you. You rolled your eyes at its stupidness and floated back up to the platform.

Then you find that Gar is turned into a wolf and rat hybrid that was at least 7 and 1/2 feet tall killing creatures.

"Gar? You still with us?" Jamie asked as Beast Boy dipped a creature in half.

Gar smiled and gave the sign saying he was good. You smiled as he took more creatures down.

Jamie's smirked as he helped him at the time. At the time, you saw Damian fall off the platform. You sped towards him as fast as possible and caught him.

"Look who's saving your ass now," you smirk as you set him back down on the platform.

"Whatever," he smiles back as he kisses you. You smile into the kiss as he slices a creature coming right towards you, whilst holding the kiss.

"Be safe beloved," he says as he runs off.

"You too," you mumble as you shoot more down. As soon as all the creatures are knocked down, you all start running towards the building. Until familiar voices were heard.

"Welcome home sisters," they said as the whole team looked up.

You see the three human like demons jump down from their position on a tall rock.

"It's the freak show again," Jamie said as all three start transforming.

Together, they transformed into a three-headed fire breathing dragon, but in a more demonic way.

You see Damian raise his eyebrow and look at you. You shrug as you all attack the monster. After a bit of fighting,

Damian forces you and Raven to go towards the building that held the crystal. You and Raven fly up to the building together and stare at it. She grabs your hand and nods at you, while you nod back.

Her eyes turned completely black as your turned completely white. Together your magic disintegrated the building, just like your dream. Then a giant claw opened and revealed the crystal that Trigon escaped from.

You and Raven float towards it and look at it strangely. Raven lands just on the edge of the claws base, extremely weak.

"Come on Rav, we have to do this. Together," you say as you help her up.

You feel a strange feeling of someone watching you, but you shake it off. You hear the fight between the team and the monster still going on as you and Raven get closer to the crystal.

You reached out your hand to touch the crystal, as did Raven, when it was shattered into little pieces.

You jump back and see a sword boomerang back to the person who's threw it. You got throw back to the ground, along with Raven. You looked up at the person to see...him.

"You.."
