I smile, watching the beautiful girl beside me sleep. I can't believe she's my fiancé, Mrs. Sykes to be. Vanessa Sykes. Wow it suits her, a lot! I'm so excited for her to be my wife, to have the best day of our lives, to make her the happiest woman alive and to treat her right.

It may have seemed out of the blue, proposing to Nessa last night at the movies, but it truly felt right. It still does! Now the hard part, telling our friends and families we've got engaged after being together what? A night?

But I don't care what people say. Because she's mine, all mine and we are happy. So happy, we have never been happier. Being together is what makes us stronger, and getting married will complete us. I can't wait to see her in her gorgeous white gown, holding a bouquet of roses, walking step by step down the isle with Phil, and when she gets to me, we will release all of our love for one another, and everybody will hear it.

"Mhm..." A voice hums and the beautiful girl lying beside me rolls over and her eyes flutter open, revealing her irresistible chocolate pupils. "Morning princess" I smile stroking her hair back. "Good morning" She replies with a tired smile, a yawn escaping her lips as she stretches her arms. "What time is it?" She asks, sitting up against the head of the bed beside me. My eyes dart to the clock then back at her. "Ten thirty" I reply and she nods, rubbing her eyes and looking down, I notice she's still wearing the haribo ring I gave her last night. That's today's plan. To get her the most magnificent diamond ring I can find.

"Oh no.." She smacks her hand over her mouth, her eyes full of worry. "What's wrong?" I frown panicking a little. What if she's forgotten about the engagement last night. What if she has changed her mind? What if-

"How are we going to tell dad and Karen we are engaged after being together for one night?" She questions, twisting the haribo ring around on her finger. "You're not having second thoughts are you.." I bite my lip. "No no no, gosh no! I'm completely up for it, I love you, and I can't wait to marry you. I'm just worried they're not going to accept this" She laces her hands with mine.

I lift her head up by her chin and she looks at me. "We will face this together. Everything will be okay, I promise."

She releases a long breath with a nod. "I know, thank you. I'm really serious you know, I can't wait to marry you, I can't wait to see how handsome you will look in your suit and your little bow tie" She grins, placing her hand on my chest where my bow tie would go. "But.. I really would like to wait for a bit. You know for the wedding" She grazes her teeth over her lip. "That's fine darling" I smile pecking her lips.

"So we called you all here today, because we have an announcement" Nessa starts as all the boys, Kelsey, Nareesha, Karen, Phil and Jess are all listening. "Me and Nessa, we're um.. We're engaged" I finish.

"What?" Everyone in the room shrieks. "Yep" Nessa breathes, "We're engaged."

"But I don't understand.. You've only just got together and now you want to get married?" Karen questions rather confused. "Yeah mate, don't you wanna wait a bit?" Max says. "Listen guys. Nessa and I, haven't been together long and we know that. We're not getting married ASAP but we will be getting married in the future. We're going to wait until we are 100% ready for our time to come. But I proposed to her, so she will always be mine. We just need your support on this" I explain, pouring my heart out.

They were hard to win over but eventually we did.

"We should celebrate tonight, have an engagement party!" Kelsey suggests. "Yes!" Everyone agrees. "But first.. Seev, me and you need to go somewhere" I say and he nods standing up kissing Nareesha goodbye and I kiss Nessa goodbye, we both leave.
