Packs Stay Together

Chapter Two

Liam's friends are starting to notice something happen to him, especially Mason. Garett, Violet and Mason stepped off the bus discussing what they would be doing this friday night.  

When Violet and Garett walked to class, Mason spotted Liam running towards him and he stopped trying to keep his from falling over and out of breath.

" Hey Liam, why weren't you on the bus?"

" Ah, I ran "

" You ran 3 miles to school?"

" Ah yeah, I just started running "

" Guess your legs ok? Hey, what happened to your arm?"

Liam started sweating and breathing very heavily. Scott was standing down by the BHHS sign. 

" I'll talk to you later I have to go. I got to get to class " replied Liam.

Liam was racing down the hall, Scott behind his him trying to catch up to him, as Stiles flew around the corner in front of Liam. 

" You! Hey!" Said Stiles.

" We need to talk!" replied Scott.

" No you need to back the hell off! Both of you!" shouted Liam.

" Can you just listen for a second. Please?" 

Liam shrugged.

" Liam, we're brothers now."

" What?" Liam asked confused.

" oh god that's " said Stiles

" What are you talking about? We just met and you bit me!"

" The bite. The bite is a gift " said Scott, confused by his own words.

" Scott stop! Please stop! Stop! You, you, we are trying to help you, you little runt!" said Stiles.

" By kidnapping me?"

" Just to clarify Scott kidnaped you, k."

" Liam I've gone through this before. Somethings happening to you. Something big."

" Nothings happening to me." He ripped off the bandage on his arm to reveal nothing. "Nothing!" Liam just turned and walked away.  

 Scott, Stiles, Malia, Kira and Lydia discussed how they would get Liam to the lake house and chain him up. Kira, the trickster, was going to ask Liam out and was going to take him to the lake house so Scott could chain him up. 

Liam could tell something was happening to him. His hearing was enhanced, he was sweating and he felt angrier by the second. Kira was getting scared that Liam might shift in the car. 

When they got to the lake house Liam was confused.

" You said there was a party. Where is everybody?"

" There just late, and we're early " replied Kira.

Liam and Kira walk in the front door, Just for Liam to find Scott, Lydia, Malia and Stiles standing there waiting. Liam turns to Kira in shock.

" Sorry "

" What the hell's this?"

" Think of it like an intervention. You have a problem Liam." says Stiles.

" And we're the only ones that can help." says Scott.

Scott explains to Liam that he's a werewolf, Malia's a werecoyote, Lydia's a banshee and Kira's a fox.

" And what are you?" Liam asks Stiles.

" For a little while I was pasest by an evil spirit. It was very evil."

Liam nods his head,

" What are you know?"

" Better " replies Stiles.

Liam looks down at the chains in the duffle bag on the coffee table and asks if there for him.

" No there for me " replies Malia, turning her eyes glowing blue.

" How did you do that?" 

" You will learn but first you need to get through the full moon " says Scott.

" The moon's already out!"

" And you're starting to feel something aren't you?"

" I feel like I'm surrounded by a bunch of psychotic nut jobs. You guys are out of your freaking minds! I don't know how you did that eye thing and I don't care! I'm walking out the door right now and if any of you try to stop me  I swear to god I'm gonna " says shouting then grabbing the sides of his head and screaming in pain. 

" What's wrong Liam?"

" You don't hear that?"

Just as Liam says that a bunch of cars pull into the drive way.

" Did you tell someone about this?" asks Lydia

" My friend Mason. You said it was a party. "

" And how did Mason invite?" asks Stiles

" Everyone " replies a worried Kira.

" The floors! Get him off the floors " says Lydia

Liam growls.

" We need to get him to the boat house right now!" says Scott.

Scott and Kira grad each one of Liam's arms and drags him to the boat house. Scott and Kira were fighting to hold Liam back, when finally Kira grabs a paddle and whacks Liam across the head. Liam was out just long enough to chain him to a post. 

" He looks so young " says Kira

" Yeah he's only 15, almost 16 "

 A few minutes later when Scott and Kira were dancing Kira heard a growl. Next thing they now Liam has broken free and jumped through the window and is headed towards the woods. Scott finally caught Liam in the woods with the help of Chris Argent.

" They can't know about this, my mom, my step-dad, I can't do this to them again." Liam said crying.

" What do you mean again?"

" I got kicked out of school and I deserved it. The way they looked at me, when they saw what I did to that car."

" Liam, it's okay "

" They can't see me like this, like, like…"

" Like a monster. You're not a monster, you're a werewolf, like me."
