Loneliness:- makes you feel that you have no one around you to hold your hands well guess what today we will be talking about how you get to cope with loneliness it actually helps, I got help from loneliness and more from a friend of mine, it's never wrong to learn from others what's wrong is to not have faith in your self today the topic is loneliness and how to survive it or let's say cope with it.
Now all you have to do is read carefully to understand what's going on- loneliness comes in all of us so don't feel sad or scared to tell someone about it, or about how your feeling the topic is open and there are many people who love to help, many people end up having disorders, depression no one else knows you better than you and your god, now my whole point is trying to help you into your loneliness because it is something big in everywhere in the world this is what all this is about-
1. To start off you need to self -love, to show yourself that you are perfect and beautiful you are precious and no one can take that away from you
2. You will never listen to what others have to say about you there are millions of people out there who wanna say something hurtful things to you even for fun if they get the chance too people these days are sick in the head.3.loneliness is not un-real or something you should be scared because it happens to all of us and it happened to myself that is the reason why I am here writing this because my passion is to help others with the same problem as me.
4.keep yourself away from the fakes and close to the reals--- most of the time it is fair to be around fakes just for the sake of you not sitting alone in lunch time or anywhere else because in school mostly having fake friends basically hurts but also you are having and taking the pain for the sake of not walking alone in school everyday of your whole year. (But I advice you to stop and detach yourself from these fakes cause they will be trouble not only that but it will make you lose your self confidence even more)
5.dont be scared to talk about your loneliness with your close ones or close friends but remember(always talk to someone you can trust)
6. STOP THE LACK OF SELF CONFIDENCE!
7. Respect your body and the way it looks in every possible way and stop complaining.
8.dont look out for compliments(just wait till you get them) because you don't want to make people tell you what you want to hear let them be straight forward so you know.
9. Dont care about what people say ( if you think you saw a girl that helped you many times and is very nice to you and almost your age go up one day and invite her to a go out day to a mall try getting to know each other that way you can make friends and become very close to them.
