Beyond the Glass

Prologue

"I will deny you death until you beg me for it."

"Does your mother know what you do for a living?"

"Shut up"

"So she doesn't know...I see"

"Look. Just because we used to go school together and my mother loves you, doesn't give you the right to mock me like this."

"Um, yeah, I'm pretty sure it does."

"Okay," He sighed, "You are a hostage. I am the person holding you hostage. At least give me a little credit for kidnapping you."

"No I don't think I will."

He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. 

"Fine. You give me the credit and at least act like you are scared until your friends come to save you, and I will hook you up with Ales."

"Is that a promise?"

"Yeah, yeah it is."

"YES! Okay say something threatening."

"If you don't tell me what world the MBO is on, I will dissect your organs one by one from your body until you either die or give into the pain." He said in a bored tone as if he were tired of the conversation. 

She screamed. A loud, shrill, ear piercing scream. 

"How was that?" She asked.

"Yeah good. Just maybe not so high pitched next time?"

"Okay, yeah. That's fair. That even hurt my ears."

"You can only imagine what it felt like for me."

"Yeah I can see how that would be uncomfortable."

"Mhmm. So I'm going to get something to eat from that deli we always went to during high school. You want anything?"

"Ooh yes. Can you get me one of those huge triple chocolate chip cookies they have? They always make me happy."  

"Yeah sure. You gonna pay me back?"

"After you release me I will."

"Okay, I'll be back."

(A/N) So whats up. I promised I'd rewrite it and here it is. Did you like the Prologue? I kinda changed it up from the last one. I wanted to have a lot of comic relief in this book because my others aren't as funny as this one is going to be. So. I also really wanted a story where the main character and the villain knew each other because I always find them hilarious so. Anyways. 

Here you go. The normal chapters will be a crap ton longer than this so don't think this is how long everyone of the chapters will be.
