Chapter 1

It's been a week since I found out I have lung cancer.

I've been holed up in my room all week doing nothing and mums been crying her eyes out but she thinks I don't know,dad's trying to cope and I don't know what the hell was going through Jayden's mind.

I only leave my room to eat(although mum complains I'm not eating enough), then I'm back in my room again thinking of how sad my life is.

"Ok get up" Jayden said barging into my room "you can't live what's left of your life in depression"

In reply I just gave my twin a blank stare

"Don't you at least have things you want to do like a bucket list or something? l" he asked after I didn't reply he left looking sad.

After Jayden left I got to thinking he was right there are things I want to do before I pass , number one make a bucket list. so I grabbed a pen and my notepad and wrote what I wanted to do before my cancer got really bad. my list looked like this

Jades bucket list

1.get a tattoo

2. dye my hair or the tips of my hair

3.have my first kiss

4.fall in love

5.ride on a motorcycle

That was all I could think of at the moment so I grabbed my phone which was full of missed calls from my best friend Amanda Carey.

I'm sure Amanda knows about my cancer Jayden must've told her.

I dialed Amanda's number and the only thing she said was "I'm coming over" then the line clicked dead.

When Amanda came over I told her to please act like nothing was wrong because I honestly wanted to believe it even though it wasn't true and I told her about my bucket list and she's going to help me complete it when I add more stuff.

Ok so .I know this first chapter is really short that's because it's just an introduction to the story. So vomment .
