Ashton's POV
We have been at college for 2 weeks now and nothing has changed at all we still hate parties we prefer just each other right now we are walking around campus this is us

I had my hands in the pockets of my jacket we rounded the corner when I heard screaming we followed it to a group of people we saw a girl yelling at a guy but she had fear in her eyes so did her friends I knew the kid Jason Davenport I put his father in the hospital for 4 months after he almost beat his wife to death he raised his fist at her he swung before he could hit her he hit me in the jaw instead my friends stood in front of the girl I heard gasps he was glaring at me I wiped the blood off my lip he said "who the hell are you?" I said "Jason Davenport why am I not surprised?" He smirked he said "if you know me then you know my father and he will sue you if you get involved in something that isn't your business" I looked at my friends I said "is he serious ? Or joking?" Emily said "I can't tell" I looked at him I said "you're father can't touch me Jason" he said "I can do as I please just like my father good thing my horrible mother left" Jake was behind him and kicked out his knee I cupped his chin with my hand I stared him in the eyes I said "you're father is a selfish coward Jason you 2 are so much alike you beat woman to establish dominance your father won't dare go near me because guess what Jason? I'm the one who beat him into a Coma for 4 months after he almost beat your mother to death and I'm the reason she finally left she finally decided to leave because she wanted a better life and I helped her get one Jason because who would wanna live with 2 selfish men whose use woman as punching bags and force sex you and your father don't like the word no but I can promise you Jason touch anyone on this campus and I promise I will find out you did and I will have your ass in prison for life and there's nothing your father could do to stop me" I kneed him in the fast and the stomach broke 3 of his ribs he was out I shrugged I looked at my friends I said "we have class let's go" they nodded I looked at the girl she was looking at me with a smile I said "if he bothers you again let me know his money and his father can't protect him when it comes to me" we walked away they all had art class but I had English right now I went there I sat down in the back when the same girls we saved came in I was on my phone texting one of the managers at Nike about my next shoe I was also in contact with Simon Cowell about business when I heard "Ashton you're with Alex and her friends" I felt 4 girls sit around me I looked up the girls I saved I smiled I said "hello I'm Ashton" the girl who Jason tried to hit she said "I'm Alex that's Courtney that's Allison and that's Spencer thank you for what you did" i wipes my lip again I said "anytime not the first time I've taken a punch for someone and won't be the last" Spencer said "you didn't even flinch" I said "my and my friends are trained well when it comes to fighting we only use defensive moves really unless we really wanna inflict pain on someone but we won't hit woman hitting me in the face is like hitting a brick wall there's a better chance their hand is broken then there is that I'm hurt" Courtney said "who are you?" I smiled I said "Ashton or if you know anything about soccer, basketball or volleyball then I'm Ashton Ace the number 1 female player in the country in all 3 of those sports I'm here on full scholarship for all 3 sports but my friends picked the college I didn't" Allison said "why?" I said "i had colleges fighting over me it was actually real entertaining to watch so any school that offered me a scholarship my friends applied to they got into every school i got an offer from I just told them to pick a school people say home is where you grow up to me my home is my friends and where they go is where you will find me" Alex said "we each have another class after this does 5 work for you?" I said "yep building B third floor room 103 is where I'll be" They nodded we were all dismissed and I went back to the room everyone was there all the guys were walking around in their boxers and Ariana, Emily and Becca just had t shirts and underwear on we like our bodies it's how we are I did the same I put on my basketball jersey from Miami I said "I have 4 project partners coming over at 5 their the girls we saved this morning" Becca said "alright whose making dinner tonight?" Tyler said "we did shopping so Dylan can you cook tonight?" He said "sure is lemon garlic shrimp with rice and lobster Mac okay?" Ariana said "hell yeah" I chuckled Corey said "most college kids eat Ramen noodles then there's us" I said "glad we all know how to cook" they all said "honestly"
Tyler's POV
Ashton was in the shower Ariana and Emily were watching a movie on the Flat screen Dylan was cooking dinner me and Becca were doing homework and also playing cards at the same time then Jake is on his laptop buying things including new workout outfits for us when there was a knock at the door I got up and went to the door I opened it 4 girls the one in front said "oh sorry is Ashton here?" I chuckled I said "she is come in" they did I said "I'm Tyler that's Ariana, Becca and Emily then that's Jake and Dylan is in the kitchen Ashton should be coming out of the shower now" the bathroom door opened she walked out in her bra and underwear drying her hair Ariana whistled Jake said "glad your gay Ashton or every guy would be after you" she laughed she looked and saw the girls she said "hello nice to see you guys sorry we don't enjoy clothes much"
Ashton's POV
They laughed Alex said "you're me" I smiled and nodded Jake said "Ash medium or large?" I said "for what?" He said "your work out shirts" I said "you think I know ask Emily she knows everyone's sizes" Emily said "depends on the type of shirt but if you're looking at the Nike line then a large in short sleeves and a medium in long sleeves" I put a shirt on Courtney said "you don't all live here do you?" Ariana said "no 4 live here and then that door right there connects to another room where the other 3 stay but we spend most of our time together" I nodded Spencer said "how'd you get these rooms?" Dylan popped his head out he said "Ashton is a hard person to say no to or to even hate" I said "tell that to my family" Becca said "yeah I don't know if they hate you or just wish you weren't born" I said "both" Allison said "wait sorry your eyes their really green they remind me of someone" I sighed I said "I know you're a fan of fifth harmony?" She said "yeah that's how your eyes remind me of Lauren's" I winced at her name so did my friends I looked at them I said "don't talk about her don't talk about that god forsaken family trust me their not as nice as they seem and neither is she" Alex said "how do you know?" I said "because she's my sister my name is Ashton Jauregui but I'm the unwanted child of the family my parents treated her, Chris and Taylor like gods and I raised myself they wanted me to be more like Lauren to look like Lauren act like Lauren be more talented you know it's sad it took them 3 months to noticed I no longer lived at the house and it wasn't until Lauren's ex boyfriend brad Simpson told them who I was that they paid any attention no one knows I exist I love it though because I hate fame so please don't talk about them or that family because their not what they seem" Spencer said "were sorry" I said "don't be these 7 are my family and their parents and siblings make up for the things my family don't do at all I'm happy I pushed that last name far away because I want nothing to do with it" there was another knock at the door Becca got it she said "Ashton Nike sent gifts again" the boys brought everything I realize what it was I smiled I opened the box I saw them I said "these aren't gifts guys this is the new shoe line and clothing I designed I forgot they were sending the stuff their all labels with your names" they grabbed theirs Alex said "you work with Nike?" I said "after my name got out Nike and other companies found me I have a shoe deal with Nike, Adidas, and puma as well as clothing deals I make a lot of money but I don't use it much either so it's kinda just sitting in my bank account" Becca said "ash how far is our favorite place from here?" I said "we have a 4 days weekend coming up it's about an hour so we could leave Thursday after class and come back Monday night" they nodded Spencer said "you guys have plans already?" Emily said "you don't?" Courtney said "we were just gonna stay here" I shook my head I said "you can join us but we can't tell you where we're going we prefer your reactions when you see it honestly" we sat down on my bed and started the project I was sitting criss cross and reading the textbook writing the information Tyler and Becca were playing cards and doing their history homework Ariana and Emily already did their homework and were watching tv Jake was ordering things we needed and Dylan was cooking then I heard a certain voice I looked up i said "are you watching high school musical?" Ari and Em looked at me they said "hell yes" Becca said "I remember thinking high school was like that growing up Jake said "with Ashton our school was basically that" I said "true" Dylan said "dinner!" We all got up I said "you 4 are joining come on" we all went into the kitchen area with both dorms we had room to make a dining room there was a big enough for us Dylan had laid out 12 plates all with shrimp and lobster Mac on it he made rice as well and put our drinks we all sat down alex said "you do know normal college kids eat ramen noodles and fast food right?" Dylan said "oh we know but we all 7 can cook and we have plenty of money to stock our kitchen we like homemade meals we all have a specialty mine is seafood" we spent the dinner making memories with these 4 laughing I swear we can make anyone laugh i kept glancing at Alex though she makes me feel warm inside I thought 'I want her'
