Cadence walked aimlessly around her sister and lover's mansion. She was staying in with Isaac, her lover and also personal butler, as he was quick on his heels following her around. She was left alone with him since the other two occupants of the mansion left on one of their common dates and in all honesty she was bored out of her mind. The other two often left out on dates to crowded and so called "romantic" dates but she felt that she wasn't that desperate in need to be shown affection to. She could care less about those type of actions and rather enjoyed intense and dramatic moments.

She was too keen of how Isaac really likes to act and how he enjoyed the same moments that she did so she felt that they were perfect for each other. In her boredom she got a bright idea. She soon quickened her pace a little without saying a word and Isaac was quick to notice as he was willingly chasing her through the halls. She soon went into a sprint and took a quick sharp turn. Isaac came a second after and saw that she was gone. He hesitantly looked around him, behind, to the left and right, heck he even looked up but she wasn't anywhere near. A small grin appeared on his face, he was more than willing to play her little game.

Near his drop off zone was a large hallway filled with doors. Though nobody used them since this mansion had too many rooms for just four people, they were used as storage or as guest rooms instead. He decided to check the rooms for her just in case. He opened them with ease since they weren't locked as locking them served no purpose. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Everything seemed to be in place. The rooms had the curtains wide open on the windows inviting all of the sunlight to enter. The beds neatly done and prepared for any visitors. He was about to move on to the next area as Cadence was clearly not in them as he stopped to turn around to a door he hadn't opened yet. Typically the hallway doors had some type of light escape through the doors except this one, it was dark. Cadence would never be in those other rooms since she hated the sunlight so this room had to be it.

He gave a victory grin as he was satisfied with his conclusion. He strolled casually to the door. He twisted the door knob and it gave a sharp screech from the rust that was on the handle. He opened it widely and very noisily to see if she was in there but to no success. The light in the hallway served no purpose as the room inside was literally pitch black. Wasn't there windows in here too? How was it conveniently covered? She must have really prepared for this.

He stepped into the room. At once he felt a cold sensation go through his body. This room really was eerie and also had a colder temperature than in the hallways. The room contained nothing but silence.

"Cadence?" He called out to the darkness in front of him as he took a steady step forward. In an instant the door behind him slammed shut as he instinctively turned around though it was no help as it was too dark and he heard a loud clink as the door was locked. He felt a sudden chill crawl down his spin as he felt himself riddled with nervousness but also a touch of excitement. He smiled pleasantly in the darkness. Leave it to his precious Cadence to figure out a way to intensify a moment. It was too dark for his eyes to adjust to so he hesitantly took a few steps forward.
