Not So Ordinary

Chapter 10

William's POV.

"DAMN IT!!!" I screamed...no longer holding back as fire erupted around me killing the last few beasts around me. I fall to my knees...what do I do now?...where did they take him?

"So..you are the one of fire," a voice spoke out. As I turned my head I saw a girl with dark skin, freakles, yellow eyes, and blond hair.
"Wh...who are you?" I asked feeling a kind of power radiate from her.
"My name is Vallory...but you can call me Val for short...I am what you call the one of wind," she said with a smile.

"Wind?...wait how did yo-"
"I felt your presence....yours,...and someone elses...then I heard all of the screams here, and...saw what thought to be extinct fly off into the distance," she interrupted.

"So...who are you? And...where did the other go?" She asked seeming concerned. Deep down...I'm sure she already knows what happened.
"My name is William..you can call me Will, and the one that...thing took was Tyler....the one of water.
"I see...well we're not getting much done here now are we," she says walking over to me holding her hand out. I hesitate to take it...what if she wasn't one of us?...what if this was a trick?

"How can I trust you?" I asked glearing at her. She rolled her eyes flinking her tongue seeming disappointed...but then seemed to understand.
"I am who I say I am...I have proof if that's what you want," she stated, then with a wave of her hand the air around us shifted, and I was soon raised, and placed on my feet.

"Now then...lets go get your friend, but first..lets find earth," she said smiling.
"Agreed," I say, and we began walking. I don't have any clue where earth may be...but she might. I stop for a moment to look back at the sky...where I lost Tyler.

Tyler's POV.

"LET ME GO....UGH..PUT MY DOWN YOU GIGANTIC LIZARD" I screamed still trying to get free. What can I do? Come on think Tyler...I need a plan. As we moved through the clouds I realized. Wait...we're in clouds....I can use this opportunity. With that I closed my eyes. Feeling the moisture in the air. I let out a breath, opened my eyes of now pure white to feel the rain on my face.

"I...I'm doing it," I say aloud. Ok...now focus....I can do this. Breathing in slowly I make the rain rise, and spin around the Dragon making the rain go sharp mixing with ice.
"LET GO OF ME YOU BASTARD!" I yelled as the rain slashed the Dragon everywhere mainly at its wings, and eyes. It roared in pain stopping in its tracks. Ok...ok come on. I hold my hand out for the rain to gather then freeze into a small knife.

"LET...GO," I yelled as I dug the knife in the toe of the beast. It yelled again now dropping me. Falling I look up only to make sure the rain kept it occupied, but to my horror it was already coming for me.
"Shit," I mumbled under my breath. Holding my arms out to my sides my eyes burning bright I let water surround me. When the beast tried to grab me again it only got cut. How close am I to the ground now? Before I could get a chance to react the dragon swong its wing at me slicing through the water I had around me like butter. 
It glared at me with its golden eyes.

"MISERABLE HUMAN...HEAR MY VOICE...ONLY TO SLEEP IN THE DEPTHS OF YOUR SORROWS...TO WHICH DEATH CALLS UPON YOU!" A strong loud voice echoed in my head. Was that of the dragon? The dragon then roared loudly.
"AAAHHHHHHHHH," I screamed covering my ears feeling them bleed. What happened? My body suddenly went numb. I...I can't..move. I was slowly losing my vision. What's...happening? Then before anything else could...I was out cold. The dragon scooped me up once again, and carried me off.

Weeks later

William's POV.

It's been weeks, and I have no knowledge on where Tyler may be...let alone if he's even alive. Val, and I are now in the Amazon forest still searching. Like Val I've been feeling a slight presence...the one we are looking for...is close.
"Keep up William," Val yelled a few feet ahead of me.
"They're close,"
"I'm coming," I say still climing. We were climbing up a small hill. Once on top we looked to see if anyone was near.

"There," Val said pointing at what seemed to be a small fire in the distance. It wasn't to far.
"Come on..we're almost there," she said now climbing down. Minutes passed, and we were finally at the bottom, marching on.
"So tell me...why didn't you tell Tyler you were the fire element?" She asked looking back at me.
"Well...I...I don't know....I wanted to find everyone else first," I say.
"Well you found me...heh I mean I found you," she said with a chuckle.

"Yeah...I know I-," I was interrupted by Val as she held her arm out stopping me in my tracks.
"What is it?" I whispered.
"We're being watched," she said as she threw her hands up forcing the wind to go wild, and just like that a girl with green hair, and bright green eyes was thrown out for us to see her.

"Uh...y..you're...," the girl studdered as she looked at us with amazment.
"Spit it out gurl," Val said in a alley girl voice.
"Oh..um..m..my name is Olivia...but you can call me Liv. I am the one of earth," she giggled as the plants around us seemd to respond to her.
"Nice to meet you Liv my name is Vallory Val for short, I am the one of wind," Val says as she bows. I'm guessing in a way to present herself.

"My name is William...Will for short...I'm the one of fire," I say holding my hang out. Liv shakes my hand, and smiles.
"I can't believe you guys are here...the birds had told me you would be coming..they saw you," she said.
"Haha I'm sorry um..but...the birds told you..gurl are you crazy or somethin?" Val said.

"Crazy? No of course not...I told you I am the one of earth...also as nature everything that lives, and breaths I can speak to," she says gesturing to everything around us.
"Makes sense," I say as Val soon comes to understand.
"So..what are you guys doing here anyway?" Liv asked curiously.
"That's a...long story..you may want to sit down," I say.
"Hmm..ok," she says snapping her singers as small trees begin to grow around us creating benches for us to sit on. And she takes a seat. Val, and I do the same. We begin explaining everything about the doctor, his beasts...and Tyler.

"So...thats what those things were," Liv said.
"Huh? What things?" Val asked.
"Well these large dogs soon appeared here not to long ago I though they were sick, or something so I tried to help, but all they would do was try bitting me, and grab me," she said seeming a littls scared.

"They were coming after all of us...but..now we have to go to where they came from," I say in a serious tone. Liv nods.
"I'm in..lets go get Tyler back," she said sounding more confident.
"Just um let me change," she says, and runs off.
"She seems pretty strong if you ask me," I say to Val.

"Yeah I bet we can actually pull this off...uh..," she pauses.
"What is it?" I ask.
"The wind....I can hear...screams," she said as the color drained from her face.
"Screams? I don't hear anything," I say looking around comfused, yet concerned.
"Here..," she said holding her hands to my ears. For a moment I didn't hear anything until the wind picked up around me...the scream was loud..intense...yet familier until it hit me.

"TYLER!" I yelled. Scaring Val she pulled her hands away.
"H..He's..in pain..wh...why I-," I studdered out...feeling anger, and sadness mix within me.
"UUGGHH," I grunted punching a tree catching it on fire.
"AHH WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" Liv yelled freaking out making a large leaf appear scooping up water from a near by river, and splashing it on the tree making the flame burn out.

"Um..sorry," I apologize.
"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING JEEZ WERE IN A FOREST EVERYTHING CAN BURN!" She screamed.
"S..sorry," I apologize again rubbing my arm. But then I notice how quiet Val had been, and look over at her. She was standing there blushing looking at Liv who was wearing shorts, and a tank. A smirk soon appeared on my face.
"Well what are we waiting for lets go," Liv said happily, and started walking. I walked up to Val, and nudged her.
"Ssooooo she's cute huh?" I chuckle. She soon snapped to realty.

"You keep your mouth shut," she warned me, and followed Liv. I followed behind her still laughing about thinking how cute they could be. Although..I'm still worried...those screams...someone is puting him through pain, and they are gonna pay for it...just wait a bit longer Tyler...we're coming.
