My alarm started blaring 'come and get it' by Selena Gomez and I shut it down. It was 5 in the morning and I got up. I went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I changed into a sweatshirt and sweatpants and put my feet into my shoes. I took my phone and went downstairs. I opened the front door and got outside, and started running. Here starts my everyday routine. I ran till 6:50 and then went back home. When I got there, mom and dad had woken up and were sitting on the dining table talking.
"Good Morning" I said two both of them.
"Good Morning sweetheart."
"Good Morning darling. " they both said at the same time.
"You want to have breakfast now or later?" My mom asked.
"Later will do"
"Sure."
I went upstairs and headed straight for the bathroom. I decided to use the shower instead of the bathtub as, I can go to sleep in the bathtub. After bath, I quickly changed into some skinny jeans and a blue cold shoulder top. I did a light makeup with some mascara and lipgloss and wore large loop earrings. I let my hair loose and fall into gorgeous curls. I put my feet into simple heeled sandals and got ready to go down to have breakfast. When I reached down, my family was already seated around the table and had started eating. I took my place beside Alex. Joanne brought me a plate and I helped myself with a waffle.
"So, are you ready for the race on 10th?" My father asked. He is the owner of Holland Industries Limited, the largest supplier of iron and steel. My father, Malcom Holland, built the company from scratch. He met my mother in high school. Yeah, so clićhe. I know. They are high school lovers.
"Yeah. I am pretty excited for it." I said.
"But are you practising regularly?"
"Yup."
"That is excellent. I will be so proud of you win." My father said smiling.
"Well, I think I should get going. It's time for school already. Bye. Se you everyone."
"Bye honey."
"Bye sis."
"Bye darling. See you."
I got my keys and walked out of the front door. I got into the car and started for school.
