"Prom is heading fast, who is your partner Star?"
"No one and I'm not going," I answered, staring from a nowhere in particular.
"Come on, try to be interested to other guys will you?" he urged.
"How can I be interested when the only one I'm interested has his partner already," I sneer at him.
"Then he sure is an unfortunate guy to lose you."
I eyed him meaningfully. "Yes he is."
