Friday: 6:45pm, Seoul
I'm in my room, fixing myself to get ready for my dinner date when the doorbell rings. My lips instantly form into a smile and I quickly ran downstairs towards the door. When I open it, I was greeted with a tall, fine handsome man wearing a big smile and a bouquet of flower in his hand.
"A wonderful evening for a beautiful lady." He says sweetly, handing me the flowers.
"Why thank you." A blush covering my cheeks. I pretend to sniff the flowers to cover it.
He chuckled and allow himself to get inside.
"I'll just grab my purse and we are ready to go." I say before disappearing to my room again.
When we head outside, he politely open the car door for me still wearing his smile. Anyway, he is Kai, my boyfriend for about 3 months.
He brought me into a fancy restaurants with only one waiter waiting for us and a table in the middle of the place. A scented candles spread in the air along with the combination of soft instrumental music which makes the place romantic.
He whispers something on the waiter and nods before he leaves us.
"Did you rented this place?" I asks roaming my eyes around the fancy area.
"Yes." He slips his hand on my waist to guide me on my sit. "I want the best for my girl and no disturbance for a moment." He added kissing the side of my head before he settles on his chair.
The waiter showed up with a pushing cart, containing the food he ordered and a bottle of wine. The waiter poured the wine on our glasses and leaves us again after he serves us.
It's my favorite food that was served in front of me and I give him a knowing smile.
"Thank you for this." I say.
"My pleasure." He grins.
We were talking about random stuffs when suddenly a running girl busted on the door. The music stops and both Kai and I halt in our conversation to look at the girl who is now her head bow and her hands on her knees while panting.
She looks up and her brows quirked up while looking around.
"Oh! Oh, I interrupted something. Did I?" She say as her eyes landed on us. "Oh shit! You're on a date!" She gasped, covering her mouth with her right hand.
"U-uh, yeah?" Kai replied.
"I knew it! Damn." She cursed. She fished out her phone of her pocket and pressed something on it. She noticed that we are still looking at her so she gestured her hand. "Just a moment, go on. You can continue on you conversation, date or whatever. I'm just gonna call a friend." She says before turning her back on us.
My brows furrowed and I gripped the fork. She interrupted our date and now she's just going to act like she didn't ruin something romantic!? A tap on my hand snapped me out of my thoughts from slapping the unknown girl who's busy now cursing and talking on the other line of the phone.
"Damn it! Damn it! I'm all alone and you gave me the wrong direction!"
"It's okay Jen. She didn't know where she is going, apparently." He nods towards the girl.
"Gah! Pick me up here...here...wait." She covers the speaker of her phone and walks towards us. "I'm sorry but where is this place?" She asks with a smile.
My eyes darted on her face, she looks...pretty. No. She's beautiful with those heart shaped lips but... I would appreciate her beauty if she didn't ruined our date.
