Maddie had of course seen the hickeys on my neck and made sure I promised not to do anything stupid. I was dumb she knew that. Dan was just part of the plan a very small part a side role if you will. The plan was almost complete a few more days and the twins would be mine again.
I walk by my first period and hear both Ethan and Grayson get up from their chairs. I find Dan in the hallway. I walk into his arms as he kisses me on the head then rubs my arms. "Ready?" I shake my head "Someone wants to talk to me." I grab his hands as I see the twins approach.
I get my phone out and start recording. The twins walked over to us. "Move on so soon?" Grayson asks crossing his arms. I sigh "Gray it's not like that." Ethan steps towards me "You tried to cheat on us with each other. Then you moved on to this guy." I shake my head
"It's not like that. Just leave us alone." I say pushing past the twins. Dan follows me then the principal walks up to me. "Can I have a word, Mrs. Thurman." I nod my head then follow him into his office.
"It has come to my attention that you have been skipping class." I nod my head "sir I'm going through a lot right now. School just isn't the first thing on my mind." he nods his head "Well thank you for your time." I walk out of his office quickly text Maddie about this so she could cover for me.
The next two classes I spend with Dan who gets more and more comfortable with me. When he's not looking I text Maddie.
v: mind if I bring home a boy?
m: I'll be in the parking lot in five
I grab Dan's hand and lead him to the parking lot. "Where are we going." I turn to him "Back to my place." He smirks at me.
