My friends ran into the room as I was packing up and yelled, "Ms. Elaina CALLED THE PRINCIPAL!"
F**K.
I started freaking out. I am a pretty good kid. I've been in detention a couple of times and I hate it. But I'm not one of those people that is in detention 24/7. I didn't have time to ask them why so I was just going to ask them during lunch.
I get to Spanish and I'm have 20 meltdowns per second.
My brain was going, "Oh Shit. I'm in trouble. Either way this was not going to end well for me."
Any minute my name could have been called out on the intercom. That whole day was just a compilation of emotional heart attacks. Since we had lunch next the people that had PE would leave their lunch boxes outside. I get into the Spanish classroom and guess who is there, standing right next to my desk since my desk was closest to the wall right next to the cubbies. You guessed it! Ben. WHY IS HE EVERYWHERE I GO?!?I drop off my backpack once Ben leaves and Bella comes to talk to me. Round 2. He comes in again and Colin or one of his friends pushed him into me. He almost fell, and because Bella is one of those friends that will stand up to anyone if they hurt her friends. She yells at him, he says sorry, grabs his lunch box, and leaves. At this point I just wanted to go home.
Nothing serious happened during the rest of Spanish class. The whole time I was basically just talking to Jenna and Nicole why I shouldn't go to the principal's office. Jenna plays volleyball and she is really good. She is tall with long blond hair. Nicole also has blonde hair, but she is a slight bit shorter than Jenna. I don't hang out with them much so I don't know them that well, but they are both super nice and pretty. Spanish ends and next we have lunch. Surprisingly I didn't get called to the office but I didn't take much notice of it. I go to lunch and for the most part it was pretty chill. There were some people teasing me but it was just mostly me freaking out about what was happening.
Lunch ended and I went back to ELA. I get to my seat and the bell rings. Colin comes in through the back door.
As he comes in, he takes a quick glance at me and yells into the hall, "Ben! Sarah is in here waiting for you!"
My face grew so red. When class started, that was when I realized why I hadn't been sent to the office. I logged into my computer and went to Wattpad. It was blocked. Apparently during lunch the seventh grade teachers and the middle school principal had a meeting and they decided to block Wattpad on our school computers.Ms. Sally starts talking and shows us the arrangements for our groups on the projects that we were doing. I got placed with Morgan, Blake, and Anna. When everyone got their group assignments, Ms. Sally realized that one of the groups had all boys so she tried to move Elliot into a different group.
"Elliot, why don't you move into Ben's group," she said.
As a those words made it out of her mouth, I immediately knew what was going to happen.
"NOOO, Sarah should be in Ben's group!" almost the whole class exclaimed.
WHYYYYYYYY!! I thought just writing this was going to be a fun little hobby, but NOOOOOO. The whole grade found out because of ZACH and well, you know the story. I was basically setting myself up for this but I didn't think that people in my grade were going to find it. Most of the people are to obsessed with Fortnite and have sports that they don't have time to read.
Ms. Sally didn't put me in that group. THANK GOD! Elliot ended up being in Ben's group. Everyone moved and started working on the projects. My group sat on the floor. We started working.
"We should start working, and Blake, you can't not do any work," I said.
Morgan added on, "You can't let us do all the work."
"Well, sorry, I can't since I'm and idiot that plays basketball." Blake replied.
My face let out a slight grin knowing that he was alluding to the story.
"You know what I mean, Sarah," he said.
Not much happened for the rest of class. We just got our project set up. The next day was worse tho.
—Next Day—
I had choir at 6:50 in the morning on Tuesdays and Thursday. I get to choir nothing much happened we just practiced all of our songs. I get to homeroom and a bunch bunch of people are talking about it. Some people said that I was a good writer, some people teased me, and some people didn't say anything at all. I got to Religion Enrich since I had it first period. I sit down and class starts. Ms. Eleana gives us something to work on for the rest of class, so everyone just started talking.
Avery asked me, "Do you really think I'm bipolar?"
"Eh, not really," I replied.
"Do you even know what bipolar means?"
"Yes"
"Do you still think I'm bipolar?"
"Like a tiny bit," I gestured with my hand.
Now, Avery is not a bitch. She is actually pretty nice. I stand by what I just said, but I will confess though that when I wrote that she was bipolar. I didn't know what it meant because someone told me the wrong definition. Although that doesn't mean that I didn't do something wrong. (Skip to bottom of chapter for apology) Sorry I got a little personal or whatever you want to call it there. Let's get back to the story.
I went on with my day. Nothing really big happened. I got to science. It was the first time I had science since the book got out, so that would be fun. I get in the classroom and put my things on the desk. I was early so I asked Mr. Tony what we were doing today.
"Just reading the textbook."
"Ok"
"By the way, I think you're a great writer.
"Thank You," my heart started racing. I didn't think about the teachers reading it. At least Mr. Tony was really nice about it.Nothing much happened for the rest of class. The bell rang and I went to homeroom. Nothing really happened after science. It sort of died down by the next week. The only thing that could make it worse is if something happens at the Graduation Dance in a couple weeks.

I realized now and right after everyone found out about this that I've hurt some people with this story. I called two people bipolar and I am sorry about that and I didn' get to tell them. I am saying this now, if anyone has been offended by this book/story, I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart.
