Telling Her

CONNER'S POV
I changed my clothes and went down stairs. Hopefully they didn't hear us. "That was a short movie, huh?" Amethyst said turning her head to look at me "You know he was lying. He just wanted to....talk!" I was having trouble trying to find the right words to say. "Whatever you say." She turned and smiled at Damien. I could feel the tension between them. "So, Amethyst are you going to tell them?" I said trying to push her to say something to Damien. She let out an awkward laugh "Right. Um- uh Damien can I speak to you alone for a second?" I could see Amethyst's face turn red. "Um.. Sure!" Damien answered oddly excited. They left the room and went upstairs "What are they gonna talk about?" Luca asked. I was going to say something but Garret cut me off before I could.
"Isn't it obvious?! Amethyst clearly likes Damien!" Garret got up and knelt infront of Luca "H-how do you know that?" Luca looked confused and I was too Amethyst only told me about it. "Pshh it's obvious. When Amethyst came in she went to Damien first to give her a hug then she went to us. Amethyst has also been talking only to Damien ever since she got here. SHE WAS ALSO BLUSHING THE WHOLE TIME!" Garret's eyes sparkled as he explained himself. Luca caressed Garret's face "You are a cute little cinnamon roll when you get like that!" Luca said clearly flirting with Garret "ANYWAY! Garret, where is Iris?" I asked trying to stop Luca from going to far "Oh, she's in our room painting. She said it was to much noise down here." Garret said noticing that I was trying to redirect the conversation. From the side of my eye I seen Aaron walking towards the door in a large black hoodie. I wonder where he's going.

AARON'S POV
My heart is racing. Everything feels like it's going in slow motion. I'm not right for him I can't be right for him. I swear he hates me. Every part of me wants to get out my travel knife and cut but I know Garret will be disappointed. I felt tears running down my face. He acted so weird today like he was annoyed I know he hates me. Not knowing where I was going I was bumped to the ground "Ow! What the fuck was that for!" I tried to act tough but my voice kept cracking "No need for cussing young man." I looked up at the person and it was a police officer with a bright smile on her face. She stuck out her hand to help me up. I got up by myself and walked away but she caught up to me and grabbed me by the shoulder "Hey, there looks like there is alot in your mind. Come on tell me about it I won't tell anyone I swear." I looked at the officer and she still had a bright smile on her face. I quickly hugged her and broke down in tears. "It's okay, kid. Its okay. Tell Officer Michaels about everything." She said rubbing my back to comfort me. She walked me to a bench that was near by and sat down. "What's wrong?" She asked. I sniffled and tried to stop crying but it didn't work "Okay, so, what if you're in a relationship and you feel as if the person hates you and-" I stopped the sentence and started sobbing. "Aww, you're having girl problems?" Officer Michaels asked "More like boy problems. I really think he doesn't want to be with me anymore." I could tell my face was red from crying but the tears didn't stop. "Look I'm gonna take you home so you and him can have a talk to see if this relationship will work,okay?" The officer said in a soft tone "Yes please." I answered. She drove me to the house and knocked on the door. Luca answered "Holy crap Aaron you got caught by a cop!" Officer Michaels shook her head and said "I'm looking for Conner."
Conner walked outside with us and closed the door. He gave me a tight hug and whispered "I missed you so much." My heart felt like crumbling "I've been gone for 15 minutes." I said back giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Okay, Conner was it? This young man right here feels as if you hate him and he doesn't want you to leave him. Can you please explain what is happening." Officer Michaels explained. Conner looked back at me and gave me a worried look. "Is that what happened? Okay, so, I may have had douts in the relationship but thats only because I told him about how I liked him and all of a sudden we are on the couch-" Officer Michaels looked disgusted knowing where the end of the sentence was going. "Listen, Aaron, I will never leave you no matter what happens." Conner said softly cupping my face in his hands. "Well it looks like my work here is done!" Officer Michaels said happily. Her smile was brighter than before it almost hurt. She turned and walked to her car "Have a wonderful day guys!" She said driving away.
Conner's face was red "So, you had to get a cop to tell me you was scared about our relationship?" "W-well yeah. It sounds stupid when you say it out loud." I laughed. It was stupid but it takes me a while to admit that I'm scared. "It's sweet, but lets forget about us for a bit. Your sister is telling Damien that she likes her!" He said excitedly "Wait! What!" I shouted. Instead of answering he pulled me inside of the house and closed the door.

This took 3 days to write. Why? You ask. Mostly because I'm trash. Also Damien is a GIRL. I know it's confusing because of the name but yeah Damien is a girl.
