Christmas Eve and chilly day out

It was Christmas Eve. I woke up from my warm bed and jumped up quickly too grab my dressing gown too get warm again. I made my way downstairs too see my mum smiling.

" what's wrong with you?" I asked.

" oh nothing sweetie" she giggled.

I looked at her weirdly, and poured myself a glass of orange juice. I sipped my drink and looked back at my mum.

" Okay spill" I said.

" I know" she said.

" you know what?" I asked, confused.

" about you and Mr Sykes?" She smiled.

I stood there shocked,my mouth dropped nearly too the floor.

" why look so shocked honey? I'm not mad at you I'm actually delighted that you e found yourself such a hunk" she giggled.

I stared at her, " so your mad?" I asked.

" no honey, neither is Mr Mason" she smiled.

I spat out my orange juice," WHAT? Mr Mason knows?" I cried.

" yeah he thought something was going on at the concert, so he added the pieces together and spoke to Mr Sykes who admitted too it. Don't worry Mr Sykes still works at Whitechapel, Mr Mason just told him too keep it hidden from the other teachers and students. He also told me too congratulate you on your relationship" she smiled.

" so what me and Nathan can go out without sneaking around?" I asked.

" oooo is that his name? And yes I do recall he's coming round to take you out too the Christmas carnival in an hour" she said.

" yes that's his name, and what you could've told me" I said as I ran upstairs hearing my mum giggle from downstairs.

I grabbed my clothes and quickly got dressed. I wore my black ugg boots, black leggings my white jumper. I did my hair in a half up half down ponytail and did my make up naturally.

I was in the middle of doing the finishing touches on my make up when my mum called me.

" Ariana your boyfriend is here" she yelled. I knew she was smirking when she said the word boyfriend, knowing it's my teacher.

I grabbed my light blue swayed coat, my white gloves and my white ear muffs and headed downstairs.

I got too the bottom of the stairs too see Nathan smiling at me. It felt weird too see my mum and Nathan together in my house.

" hey beautiful you ready?" He asked.

I nodded and grabbed Nathan's hand as we made our way too the door.

" bye honey have a good day, also Nathan you coming tonight too help with the tree?" My mum asked.

" of course Miss Grande, I'll drop the presents round aswell" he smiled.

We jumped into Nathan's car and headed too the carnival.

As we arrived we went over too the ticket booth for the winter rides. We went on quiet a few rides.

We made our way over too the reindeer shack. We both fed the reindeers and had a picture taken with them.

We had a lot of fun through out the day we went on more rides, had food, went ice skating and went into the winter slay tour which was romantic.

We were on our way home when Nathan spoke.

" I need to go home first babe too get the Christmas presents I've got you and your mum is that okay?" He asked.
