7 - Dorm

The feeling of not having someone by your side 24/7 should be normal for Wen Junhui. It isn't however. Not having Minghao with him felt off. The emptiness in bed, the quiet drone of the practice room, his hands aching to hold Minghaos once more.
It's been two weeks apart. How was Junhui supposed to do months? Just the mere thought of his younger made his heart ache and tiny drops of water form in the corners of his eyes. The dorm was quiet. Though Shua and Hansol were still home, it seemed empty still missing 10 members. They'd be back soon, Wonwoo in a month.. Jeonghan and Seungcheol at the same time. Then Jihoon, Soonyoung, Seokmin.. and Chan.. and Seungkwan.. and Mingyu.... all back in 3 months time. But that left Minghao.
The one that was able to inspire Jun to wake up in the morning and face the day. The one that held his hand during the tough times, wiped his tears. 2 whole months later than the rest..
Is this possible? Junhui told himself multiple and multiple times that he could do it, and needed to learn to survive without the younger. Though his heart ached and pulled, his stomach twisted and turned, his head spun.

He could pay that.. easily. Why didn't he do this in the first place? The thought of leaving his two other friends at the dorm made him stop for a second... This was all irrational thinking. Phones exist. So does texting, calling, face time.. couldn't he get by on that?
The stupid fucking ring that was on the ring finger of his left hand that beat at a constant rate grew more noticeable. Like a low bass drum was next to him, pounding in his ears.. 1.. 2.. 3.. 1.. 2.. 3..
