In my hand I'm holding a piece of leather. It's thin as a pen stroke and shaped as an uppercase T. It feels just like the cover of my leather book. I open my book. It's blank. I pick up my pen and draw a square. I close the book and the lid starts stretching upwards and start forming into the shape of a square. But more of an outline of a square. I draw another square this time filling it in as best as I can. I close the book and it starts producing a square of leather. I hammer it stuck on the wall.
I flip trough all the pages and find some markings on the last page. The paper is dented in such a way that it looks like a rhombus with a ring around it. I fill it in and close the book. It creates a ring and a rhombus. I hammer this too onto the wall. I draw a square on two layers and close the book. This time the leather expands then falls down revealing two squares stacked on top of each other. It seems to have took a little longer than if I've just drew one square.
I'm going to get a leather jacket for basically free. Well I have to make it first. Shouldn't be that hard, already have the material. I start drawing pieces of leather, many pieces. I'll have to sew these together. I don't have any buttons so I guess I'll have too make some out of leather.
It took half the night but my leather jacket looks great. It would have been nice if it were black tough. Wonder if I can create black leather with this book. I bring some black oil paint and a brush. I open a page and draw a square. I close the book and it starts stretching. The square it produces is still brown like the cover. It seems to be dependent on the cover what color it is. So the only logical option is to paint it black, wonder if you could use oil paints on leather. I paint the lid black.
Looks good enough for this experiment. I draw a square in it and close the book. The book starts reforming and the leather is actually black. Although where the square were i'ts brown leather. May as well just paint it black afterwards, so that's what I did to my jacket. It looks beautiful. I'm wearing it to the bookshop and showing everyone what a cool leather jacket I have. Until then I'll sleep. But first I'll have to "fix" my bed.
