"In this competition I want you to lead the team Jimin." Hoseok said as they finished their dinner.

Jimin on the other hand who was drinking a water that moment, almost choke from the announcement.

"Wait, what? Why would I lead the team? You should do it hyung! You're a lot greater than I am and you have more sense of leadership than I do and──"

"Shhh, Jiminie calm down." Hoseok said as he let out a small giggle from the younger's cute reaction. "I understand what you mean but on the same date of the competition, we'll be having our second game against the East University. We need to beat them and show that an honest and clean game will still win against those dirty tactics they do. So with that, I decided to choose you as the leader."

"But why me?"

"Jimin you have to stop doubting yourself and your skills! I saw you perform and dance for several times and you're great. You're a lot talented than what you think and trust me when I said you deserve to lead the team. Don't worry because I'll still be there to help you with the choreography but I can't promise to be there every practice and of course on the day of the competition. I know you can do it, okay?" Hoseok said with a smile and Jimin didn't even notice it but tears start to flow out of his eyes.

Seeing this, the older went flustered as he didn't know why the other one was crying.

"H-hey Jimin did I say something wrong? Did it pressure you too much? Goodness I'm so sorry──"

"No, everything's alright hyung. It's just that...it's overwhelming to hear those words from you. I look up to you for so many years and I never once thought that you think of me this way. Thank you so much hyung for believing in me when I always doubt myself. Thank you so much, I promise to do good." Jimin continuously said in between of his tears.

"Yoongi's right, you're such a kid. Come here you deserve a hug from the sun." Hoseok said jokingly which made Jimin let out cute giggles as he jumped into his hyung's warm hug.

Yoongi and the rest of his team finally ended their training with simple "goodbyes," and "take care!" as the other players left.

Only Namjoon, Hoseok, Seokjin, Jihyun and of course Yoongi who were left inside the locker room of the basketball court.

"Hey Jihyun come with me, we have a lot to talk about." Yoongi demanded as he tried to pull the wrist of the girl but Jihyun was stubborn.

"That conversation can wait. I have a lot more important things to do first." She replied with the emphasis on the word important as she gave a glance at Seokjin.
