"Help!!" I screamed jokingly as I was dragged into an old rusty abandoned shed.
"sshhhh" Josh laughed covering my mouth.
All we could do was laugh and snicker, then we were all alone. We both sat on the floor with our legs crossed like little school children smiling awkwardly not knowing what to say.
"I missed you" he finally stated looking into my eyes.
"ditto" I laughed
" what's been happening" he smirked so I began to fill him in on all that had happened in the holidays and my stupidity on not doing what I should've. I felt like I could open up to him about how much I felt bad and stupid for putting mum through it all, even after all shed already been through. Josh new everything about me and also accepted me to be as others would call 'different'.
"don't worry" he smiled that adorable smile I loved seeing "there's plenty of time for that" he added "also I could try getting you a job with the shack down at the beach with me?"
This made a bright smile spread across my face and he automatically took it as a yes.
"and you! what's been happening with you" I said almost too excitedly.
My question seemed to upset him judging by the look that came out on his face.
"My parents finally split up" he whispered.
Josh' parents would non stop fight and he knew they were bound to break up in the end.
I gave him an apologetic smile and he just shrugged "stuff happens aye" but I could tell he wasn't happy. I stood on my knees although the ground was rough and rocks dug into them and embraced him in a huge hug. He laughed returning it then finally sat me on his lap still with his arms around me.
"But apparently that's what girls dig so I got a lot of pity sex" he smirked when I gave him a disgusted face.
Yeah I was used to him telling me about the girls he'd slept with on the weekend because as I stated beforehand we weren't together just a fling kinda thing. I laughed at my own rhyming sequence.
For what seemed forever he just sat and looked me right in the eyes and whispered cute things in my ear. And although we were in the worst place ever I didn't mind, id forgotten my worries and nothing else mattered. That's why Josh was great!
As I pressumed He started leaning in to kiss me but I wasnt about to give up that easily, I pushed him up and ran around the shed like a crazy girl screaming help not too loud though.
As I reached the door he tugged at my arm a little too hard causing me to trip over my own feet luckily though he caught me and wrapped both arms around me then quickly before I could do anything he pressed his lips against mine. woah
His kiss was great although it made me think of anything but the softness and heavenly feel of it, somehow my head whipped around to thinking of the date.
"sh*t" I yelled cursing at myself accidentally biting Josh's lip.
"I need to go" I declared running straight out the door not giving him another second to object. straight down the road I bolted never stopping for one second. Jumping over sticks and rocks that just made it harder I continued, I felt as if my insides were burning, I felt as if I was going to throw up but nothing was going to stop me right now. Nothing. As quick as I could I turned the corner and kept going.
I ran pass pedestrians not caring of the awkward looks they'd given me, I sprinted for about 10-15 minutes never stopping until I reached the house.
Quickly I burst through the front door and straight to Mums room jumping over bags in the doorway and even over the couch.
"MUM NO!!!!" I screamed when I finally burst through her door.
