I find it humorous.
How sidetracked the human mind can get
Because I was supposed to write everyday.
But weeks have passed.
And I set ut aside for another time.
"I'll do it in a few minutes"
And the things I assumed were minutes. Turned out to be hours.
And those hours turned to weeks.
5:19am
And though time went on.
I did not follow.
I was behind.
And those few minutes did not wait.
They did not look back to see if I was close behind.
Or remind me of what needed to be done.
They continued on going.
As I endlessly fell.
