You let out a groan from someone calling your name. You then lifted your head and squinted at the clock.
1:59 am
"Really Marco? Really?"
"What~"
"It's 2 am. Why did you wake me up?"
"I was just making sure that you were still here."
"If you were just making sure that I didn't leave your side, why'd you wake me up?"
"I wanted to make sure you were alive too."
You rolled your eyes and shoved his shoulder.
"Ow! What was that for?"
"Marco, as much as I love you. But, go back to sleep." you replied.
After finishing your sentence, you pulled the blanket back up to you and fell back asleep.
"I love you too, Y/N."
Marco pulled the blanket up to him as well and wrapped his arms around you before going back to sleep.
