This is how I exercise
1.) Push ups - For the chest, shoulders and arms
2.) Crunches - For the abdomen
3.) Pull ups - For arms, shoulders, chest, and abdomen
4.) Planks - For shoulders and abdomen
5.) Dumbbells - For shoulders, biceps and triceps, chest (depending on the exercise)
6.) Barbell - For legs, arms, shoulders, chest (depending on the exercise)
7.) Football practice - Legs, endurance, speed, etc.
Main things I worked on: Chest and abs
Where it hurts: Abs, chest, legs, back
