The two rivals.

"Mako-san,who was that girl?"Maria , the school's headmistress asked me."Hayami Mai.14 yrs old and new here" I answered

"Looks like that she's so special with that aura".

"Yes.she have the same aura that Hayami Maiko use to have".

"Mako.listen,even it's her second day in the academy. I want you to protect her ,understood?"

"Hai".
Then I walked out of the office. Mai-chan,one day that we perform together on the stage...

Mai's pov
Since I performed ,every student complicated me and how good was i on the stage.i felt nervous bout it but felt happy

I walked through the hallway until something caught my eye.it was a statue of two idols and under, stood their duo name:Elegant Rain.

"Elegant Rain?,I never heard it bout this duo...".

"Elegant Rain are the two legendary idols that performed together " said a familiar voice that I know. I looked at the person and it was....Mako-san!

"M-mako-S-san?" I stuttered but calmed a bit when she placed her hand on me.

"Konichiwa,Mai-chan.i'm sorry that we didnt met on your first day "Mako apologized.

"Oh no, I don't mind it.i mean you're busy with your schedule and stuff" I said with a smile.

"I'm so glad .now hurry ,i don't want you to be late ".

I don't know what she meant but when I looked at the time ,i didn't realized it all the time.

"Ah!!,Mako-san.Arigato!".then I ran .

Third person's pov
"Ladies,today you gonna to pair up to put an performance.it's yearly tradition ,so who wants to go first?"Ann -sensei shows a lottery box.

Each student went and picked out a ticket out of the box.

"Hayami"Ann called Mai as last and she stands up.Mai walked towards to the box,took a ticket and walked back to her seat.

"Ok.find your partner who got the same as you"Ann told her students.

"Mai,who got the same number as you?"Sako asked .

"I don't know..."Mai shrugged.

"I think that she paired up with me".

A girl with Sandy hair and violet eyes
Walked towards to Mai's desk.

"Y-you're Kisaragi Karen!"Sako said with a big smile.

"Not bad for a new student .and u are Minami Sako ,am I right?"Karen ran her hand through her hair.

"Hai!. I let you two alone with your work".

Then Sako left the two girls alone and both girls said nothing until Karen spoke .

"Let's begin.shall we?".

"H-hai!"Mai followed her to trying to keep with her.

Mai's pov.
"Aikatsu,Aikatsu" I panted as I ran with Karen through the Academy. Like we ran two rounds and she's wants to keep going?!.

"Karen,should we stop?.im tired"I panted and even I plopped down on the ground.

"Mou.well we could rest"Karen sat down on the ground.

"Next is practicing your voice".

"H-hai...."i said still panting.

(In the training room)
"Here we go"Karen played the piano and I say "ahhhhh" for few seconds before air was a problem.

We kept going until it was lunch break.i was so hungry all the time.

"So.how was with Karen?"Sako asked me as we eat our food.

"uhh. Just...perfect...i think" I said taking a bite from my omurice.

"What are you doing for the welcoming party?".

"Perform on stage".

(After that)
I sat on the bench ,texting my family from home.

"yo.Rainbow girl" a voice said that I know and it was Shougo.

I kinda like the nickname "Rainbow girl ".

"Ah.Shougo,looks like we meet again".

" i didn't know that you could give such performance when you debuted".

"Oh?,Arigato". I bowed.

Mako's pov
I watched Mai talking with the lead singer.Hachiya Shougo.i think that they are getting along together .

Mai's pov
After I was done talking with Shougo,i sprinted to the fitting room where Karen stood waiting for me

We picked our star coord cards and get chanced.

We entered the stage and sang Aikatsu step.

After we performed,we enjoyed the party and me and Karen became friends but rivals.
