And one more thing, let me tell you, few starting parts will be little upsetting for those who are emotionally vulnerable like me.........

But this is important and integral part of the story so please read it.......

My Lord, my client Mrs. Nandini Malhotra, should be the one to whom the custody of the children, Miss.Siya Malhotra and Master Kartik Malhotra should be given as she is the mother of the children., Mrs. Aaruna Singh, the number 1 divorce lawyer, made a loud and clear statement in the Court room.

My friend ........ Mrs. Singh.......let me remind you that this Court doesn't work on your judgements.....and.even if she is the mother she needs to be financially stable to take up the childrens' responsibility, Mr.Varun Seth, India's topmost divorce lawyer, stated with a pinch of Sarcasm in his voice

Very well noted Mr.Seth but let me remind you that my client is not some commoner, she is the "Murty" which happens to be one of the biggest C.A.firm in the city and not to forget the fact she herself is a C.A., Mrs.Singh spoke with hatred filled eyes towards the opposition lawyer

But Mrs.Malhotra seems to be unemployed at the ......................., Mr.Seth was cut off

Your honour, can I have a say, Manik stood up abruptly with an expression of guilt and uneasiness on his face

Gentleman Please be sitted, you will get your chance to speak once any of the lawyer wants you in the confession box, the Judge tried to be as calm as possible as it was definitely not a pleasure to watch two stubborn heads quarreling like kids with a change of matter is they quarrel in a civilized manner........

The proceedings continued with both the lawyers imposing allegations on each other..........
Nandini could not bear all this allegations and wanted to run away or much better option, to run into "his" strong arms and burry herself deep down in "his" chest and cry till her tears dry up. She looked at him with all the feelings she have been hiding from the world but want him to see her vulnerable state so that he can understand what he did is beyond repair.................

I am so sorry Nandini, if this was all in my hands I would never have let you go but certainly destiny wants to play this way, thought Manik and turned towards Nandini and in less than blink she turned to him as if she heard his apology ........

Manik could not hold himself back and went towards her and took her outside the courtroom and Nandini was just overwhelmed by the situation to which she was crying buckets.......
Manik didn't thought about anyone or anything else but just ..................
Nandini pulled him by his collar and kissed the daylight out of him

Mr.Manik Malhotra do you have anything to say.........My Lord asked him and brought him back to reality, he saw Nandini facing him with all the hopes that he will convince the judge for not granting the divorce but what he did was unbearable!!!!!!!
