Looking back, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced true jealousy in my life. I mean sure I’ve been jealous before. But it was the kind of jealousy you felt during toddler days, when your mom pays attention to other kids but not you. Or when someone has a new toy that you don’t have yet. Point is, it’s just “childish jealousy”, which I’m sure everyone must’ve experienced before. So yes, I have never been truly jealous. I never had a reason to. I’m not bragging or anything like that, but people would always tell me how good looking I am with a good height to match. My physique’s not too shabby either, results of spending a few hours a week at the gym. And I have cute and adorable dimples, according to my stylist noonas. So I’m obviously the best choice, yes? (again, I’m not bragging or anything like that) Therefore, I never felt the need to be jealous or insecure.

But that was before one Ten Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul.

Today’s my first day off after back to back schedules. A perfect day for me to be lazy and not do anything.

‘A perfect day for me to cuddle with my adorable b-’

“What are you doing?”

A curious voice asked from somewhere on my right, distracting me from my thoughts. I looked up from my sprawled position on the couch, meeting Mark’s inquiring look. I smiled at him, waving lazily at the T.V.

“Trying to watch some T.v, but nothing’s caught my interest.”

Mark nodded his head in understanding before grabbing his discarded jacket.

“Well, I’m gonna be leaving now. I’m hanging out with Haechan and Yuta-hyung. The rest all have schedules, so you’re by yourself hyung.”

I nodded along to what he said, before rewinding to one particular information. I got up from my position just in time to stop Mark from exiting the dorm.

“Wait. I thought Ten-hyung’s here?”

Mark stared at me for a few minutes before shaking his head.

“Don’t you remember hyung? He told you he’s heading to the practice room to practice for HIt the Stage.”

I blinked a few times before lightly hitting my forehead, remembering my earlier conversation with Ten-hyung.

‘No wonder I was feeling empty.’

After waving bye to Mark, I made my way to my shared room, lying down on my bed before texting Ten.

“Hey, babe. Still practicing?”

I waited a few minutes before putting my phone down.

“He must still be practicing.”

While waiting for his response, I can’t help but reminisce about our relationship. We’ve meet 3-4 years ago and have been dating for 2 years already. To this day, I still can’t fathom as to how I got so lucky to have an angel beside me. And I’ll forever be grateful for such a blessing. I can still clearly remember the day we met. It was his first day, so he was looking nervous but with such a bright smile on his face. The other trainees can’t help but befriend him due to his warm smile and friendly aura. I couldn’t help but froze up when I realized he was standing before me. An angel was standing before me with the most perfect smile and cute button nose.

“Hi. My name’s Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul but you can call me Ten.”

I blushed after hearing his voice. It was soothing and warm, with the cutest accent. I mentally kicked myself when I stuttered.
