I was walking through the streets of Acorn City, ignoring everyone, they glanced at me but immediately turned away
I was walking towards the cemetery, like I always before and after school, on weekends I sit there for hours
I regret bullying her so much, not many people actually bother, I see her Uncle every now and then, but it's mostly me
" Scourge!!" I heard Fiona shout out behind me and I rolled my eyes in annoyance
" What Fiona " I stated blandly as I turned to her
" you didn't come to the party last night " She frowned at me as she also glared
" look I didn't have time for your stupid party " I growled at her
" you need to get over her you know, why not celebrate that she's gone " Fiona hissed at me and I snapped
" how can I move on?! I loved her and it's my fault she's fucking gone!!" I shouted at her, as tears fell from my eyes
She was quiet and wide eyed, I turned away from her and walked to the cemetery and to her grave
" I'm sorry Sonic...I hope you can forgive me, but I understand is you don't..." was all I dead as I sat down on the grass and cried into my hands
I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder, I looked up and saw her uncle
" she would forgive you and everyone else, your the only one who's realised their mistakes " he smiled at me, it was soft and kind
" but it's my fault she's gone " I replied as I crossed my arms and looked down
" it was never your fault, I heard what you said to Fiona, did you...actually mean it?" Charles asked
" yeah...I thought it was hate when we were in school together, but when I found the note in my locker...I felt like my heart had been shattered " I said as I turned to the stone again
" she's not dead you know" my ears perked up as I looked back at him confused and he only laughed softy
"She's....not?" I asked quietly
"Of course not, she may just look a little different though" he winked at me with a grin
"What do you mea-' i cut my self off as I remembered the hedgehog from the park in Station Square "she's a guy...isn't she?"
"Guess you eat him then" he chuckled and walked away from me, i watched him leave, before I turned to her grave and smiled slightly "guess I'm gonna hav to go find you heh"
