I was over at my my Stephanie house just hanging around. I missed the old days when we use to have these ridiculous sleep over's but now that were grown we've changed A lot. "girl you need to get bianca somebody to play with" she said wrapping a piece of her hair in the wand curler. I knitted my eye brows together because in not adopting no more kids and Jacob ain't either even though I gave birth to Bianca. "what you mean?.. we're not adopting nomoe kids." I said sitting on the bathroom counter.
"no I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about having another baby"
"oh nooo. I'm not having kids until I'm married. when I had Bianca it was jus-"
"speaking of married. when is he gone pop the question"
"girl.. aha I don't even know"
"when was the last time yall had sex? did yall even had sex with each other before"
"oh my god Stephanie I don't remember.. I think so"

Jacob said busting into the bathroom holding something behind his back."uh uh I know damn well you ain't just bust into my house" Stephanie said holding up the wand curl close to Jacobs face. "girl no I ain't bust in steph I knew you almost my whole life. you always leave your front door unlock." he said attacking her into a hug. I smiled at the way he fitted in that shirt he wore. "baby?" he said snapping me out of my little daze I was having. I smiled and he kissed my lips.
"So whatchall been talking bout?" he said standing near the door frame" I glanced at Stephanie trying to get her attention.
" none of your damn business" she said eyeing me. Jacob walked into the bathroom snatching the plug to the wand curler out the socket.
"see I done told you.. you see how mad he got" she whispered to me. I looked over at Jacob who was playing or texting on his phone.
"whatchu looking at?.. damn" he said walking out the room. I looked back over to steph who was laughing for some reason. Jacob been acting cranky lately and its really aggravating. I need to do something before his crankyness take over. "See!.. sex is calling his name so go give it To him. and no condom." she said flipping her curls. I'm not trynna have no more children till I'm married so Jacob is gonna have to wait. "ima go talk to him" I said leaving the room. I made my way down the hall heading to the kitchen since Stephanie doesn't have a two story house like me and Jacob do. I knew he was in there cause I can see his shadow. I walked in leaning against the counter. "we need To talk" I began. he turned to me holding his phone in his hand.
"there isn't nothing to talk about." he said walking my way.
"why are you so cranky lately?."
" I'm not cranky"
"yes you are. you blew off bianca on the phone yesterday"
"blew off?"
"yes blew off. when your momma told you that bianca wanted to talk to you, you had hung up the phone in her face"
"man. I wasn't in the mood."
"yeah.. you're cranky"
"I'm not cranky"

" no I'm not!"

"see.. your inner bitch kicking in. I know what you need"

"mhm.. okay". I walked up to him snatching his phone from him. before he could say anything I pressed my lips against his. I can feel his hands traveling down my back to my butt. he lifted me up putting me on the counter. so I guess steph was right. I sat on the counter leaning towards Jacob still not breaking the kiss. "what took- uh-uh bre getcho ass off my counter!" steph yelled. I quickly jumped off the counter pulling down my dress I looked over at jacob who was standing there staring right at steph. "damn steph.. yelling like you the police." he said said folding his arms.
"An.. this is my house. do you pay bills round here?. No."
"so what.. I can come up in here whenever im pleased"
"you ole dry lip cranky mutha-"
"I'm not cranky. I'm just feeling-"

I just stood there listening to both of them argue back and forth. Jacob sat on the counter making steph yell even louder. he's been saying things he never even said before. he's been calling Stephanie a hoe and all that. I can't stand to see him act like that. "is you coming or what?" he said snapping me out of my thoughts. "yeah but I drove here myself" I said walking towards the door.
"so.. I ain't ask you that"
i stopped and watched him leave the house. he turned towards me signaling me to come .
"Jacob stop talking to me like that"
"like what. man bring yo ass. its dark out here"
"nope. I ain't going no where till you show some respect."
"alright fine. I'm sorry Breaunna."
"can we stay over at stephs house?"
"hell no"

"why. I don't feel like driving at night"
"driving?.. I'm driving"
"noo my car is in her drive through too"

"so can we just stay over night"
"damn.. alright I hope she gotta extra bed."
"of course we slept here before."
he walked back into the house and sat on the couch. I locked the door walking back upstairs where steph was. "hey you still here?" she asked. I sat on the edge of the bed nodding my head. "yeah I decided to spend the night"
"yay finally. where's that stubborn bastard of yours"
" ahahaha hey, get off my man's dick. but he's sitting downstairs"
" okay. well I guess I'll head out"
"wait where you going all dressed up"
"this party they having"

I hopped off the bed throwing on my shoes. I felt Stephanie's hand on my shoulder I stood up looking her right in the eye. "sorry kid. you can come..maybe next time see ya!" she said heading down stairs. I followed her downstairs To the front door. "watch him.. cause he likes to take people shit" she whispered. I laughed a little and locked the door behind her. I made my way over to Jacob who was constantly typing on his phone. he shot his head up at me before laying his phone faced down on his lap. "where she going?" he asked. I layed on his lap and looked up at him. "to this party.".
" oooh.. since she's gone maybe we can you know"
" boy are you crazy?"
"naw. besides she'll be here by the morning" he said rubbing my legs. i watched his hands go up my between my inner thigh. "you know Bianca needs somebody to play with" he whispered. I looked at him because I know he was eavesdropping on me and stephs conversation earlier. I already made my mind up. I'm not having no more kids till I'm married. "we don't need none till were married" I said removing his hand. I closed my eyes when I felt his lips against mine. he deepened the kiss making me weak by the minute. he took my hand walking me over to the room we were sleeping in tonight. he locked the door and we both layed down. I wrapped my hair in a bun and removed his shirt.
