so I guess you could say life was good. today was my 17th birthday. I was kinda happy because its your birthday who wouldn't be. but it also sucked. it reminded me that even after a year I couldn't find my mate. although I have looked everywhere. I sighed and stood up from my bed. so much had happened in the year. my dad actually rejected my mom because of another werewolf.
who does that when your mates it for life. but my dad didn't understand.
" Hope get down here!!!" my mom yelled from the top of the stairs. I yawned and went to my closet. picking out the normal white tank top, Greg hoodie, and black skinny jeans. I put on my Nike's and walked down the stairs into the kitchen. my mom had black hair that flowed down her back and light red eyes to compliment her clothes.
" hey mom what smells amazing? " I asked hoping up and down. yeah I was a hyper child but no one cared so I didn't.
" hun I have to tell you something" she said looking down. her normal everyday smile was gone and her eyes clouded.
" mom what is it?" my voice full of worry. I hated seeing her like this. she sighed and looked at me.
" I know you like it here but we have to move." she said. my heart stopped. I grew up here, did everything here. but the fact she told me on my birthday sucked. tear welded up in my eyes and spilled over. why did we have to move? I though mom loved it here.
' its for the best' my wolf serenity said.
' how? this is our home!! we grew up here!!!" I yelled at her. I wiped my tears away.
" I'm sorry baby but I dont have the money to keep sending you to your father. " she said and I nodded. I understood.
" I have to get to school" I said getting my backpack and leaving. I walked out the door and headed to the hell hole I called school.
* time skip*
my head came up from the desk as someone called me. I looked up and saw the math teacher Mr. pool. he was pretty cool but he hated people sleeping in our class.
" please explain to the class why your so down Ms. wolf ? " I know what your thinking. but hey its my last name.
" I'm moving!!!" I yelled kinda loud. I smirked and the teacher huffed, walking away. my friend who sat beside me look at me.
" is it true?" Cody asked and I looked down.
" yeah it is. I'm moving away from my life and into a new one" I said crying slightly.
