"I think Chaeyoung is hiding something," Mina slowly said before sipping on her iced tea.

She, along with Tzuyu and Dahyun, is eating in a humble Thai restaurant that sells cheap Thai cuisine.  She had once recommended this place to Chaeyoung, and here she had met up with her ex to talk about their closure.

Mina sat back on her chair, wondering if what Chaeyoung is hiding has something to do with Somi.

"She is hiding something," Tzuyu replied. She seemed so sure about it that the blonde and the Japanese both froze in their seats.

"You know? How?" Mina asked.

"Of course she'd know. The force granted her great wisdom to know everything," Dahyun said in between her bites.

"You probably noticed it too. She had been acting weird lately. She's been spacing out lately," Tzuyu continued.

"Maybe it's about her mom," Dahyun speculated.

"I thought so too," Mina agreed.

Her eyebrows met as she read the text messages and wondered who the sender might be.

"Is there something wrong, Mina?" Dahyun asked.

"It's nothing. Just... wrong number," Mina slowly answered.

Dahyun was about to press on when they heard a familiar call from the other side of the resto.

"Hey Mina!"

They all turned their heads toward the entrance where a tall, slim girl with straight orange hair and bangs that covered her forehead stood, waving her hand to them.

"Lisa!" Mina enthusiastically called.

Lisa hurried to their table and hugged her tightly.

"I missed you."

"Me too."

"Oh, Lisa," Mina said as she pulled away from her. "Remember Tzuyu and Dahyun?"

The two mentioned both smiled politely at Lisa.

"Yes of course. You introduced me to them when I first came here," she replied.

"Take a seat," Tzuyu offered.

"No, thanks. I'll have to assist my staff around." Lisa declined.

"Congrats to this resto of yours, by the way. It has improved a lot," Mina complimented.

"Thanks. I really had to he hands on here since I've been away for a long time. What about you? How's your...?"

Lisa didn't have to say it loud for her to understand. She knew at once that she was talking about her condition that she tried to keep from everyone she knew.
