Matt's P.O.V

I couldn't help but to stare at Chloe. She was really attractive. I was having a hard time concentrating in Ms. Louis's class being I had to sit next to Chloe. Also the fact that at my old school we were ahead of what they were doing.

   Before I knew it the bell rang and it was time for our next class together. We got up from our seats and made our way to the up roaring hall way. "We have Science next. This teacher isn't so bad. Mr. Burgenstein is pretty chill." I smiled and nodded. I didn't want to come off too anxious. I didn't know what it was about her but she was just so intriguing I couldn't help but to look at her. All I could think about was if she had a boyfriend. I wanna know so much about her. I told her all the things I like to do now I just wanna listen to her. Her raspy voice was so adorable. Matt focus you've only been here for a couple of hours. As I've been lost in my thoughts I bumped into this girl. She had long blonde hair fairly tan with blue eyes. She was wearing a lot of make up and was wearing jeans boots and a blouse looking shirt. She checked me out top to bottom and bit her lip. This made me kind of uncomfortable.

    "Hey, I don't believe I know you. I'm Lindsay Crawford." She flipped her hair which whipped the scent of perfume right in my face. I almost began to gag on the amount she had on.

   "I'm Matthew Espinosa, I'm new here." I smiled nicely trying my best to fit in. This girl was kind of pretty the more I examined her.

     "Well then, why are you hanging around with this skeez. Little miss Chloe Harvey." All of her friends around her began to laugh and giggle.

    "Listen Lindsay I'm showing Matt around the school he's new. So don't go off minipulating him like you do to everyone in this school. So how about you get your fake little self out of my way."

    "Watch it sweetie. You know what happened last time you found yourself where you don't belong." The hallways filled with laughter. I'm assuming this is that Lindsay. Chloe warned me about earlier. She was right. She was kind of a bitch. Everyone moved out of the hallways due to second period starting soon. Chloe just stood there. She seemed angry.

    "Hey Chloe, don't let her bother you. Common show me the way to the world of science." I attempted to say that in a funny accent to get a laugh out of her. She began to chuckle softly and walked us to science.

    As we approached the classroom I saw a tall kid tan with brown hair and brown eyes standing in the doorway waving and smiling at Chloe. Oh gosh. This must be her boyfriend. I suddenly was bummed out a little. She hugged the kid and turned towards me. "This is Cameron Dallas. He's one of my best friends. I mentioned him listing my friends remember." Yes!! she said best friends! I guess she might be single.

    "Yah I remember. Hey I'm Matthew Espinosa you can call me Matt." I smiled and stuck my hand out for him to shake it. He accepted my hand shake and smiled. We walked over to our seats and sat quietly.

    As class was starting Cameron leaned in and whispered to Chloe and I, "Big Mikes pizza place, with the usual crew after school then my house? We all gotta study for exams."

   Chloe smiled and turned to me "You wanna come chill with us all after school to study for exams?" I looked at Chloe and Cameron who were smiling at me.

   "Yah sounds fun!" I smiled back. Then We all began to finish up our science worksheet. After Class we headed to lunch. I sat at her table with all of her friends. She introduced me to all the names she listed when I first got here. "Everyone this is Matt. Matt meet everyone." They all smiled at me and said hi. They were all super nice. I looked around the chaotic lunch room and saw Lindsay walking towards our table with a milk carton. i knew this wouldn't end well. Soon enough Chloe was covered in milk and everyone was laughing except us. Chloe got up and pushed Lindsay out of her way and ran to the bathroom. All of her friends began to defend her so I got up and followed Chloe.

   "Oh my god Chloe are you okay?? Why would she do this to you?" I said to her as she was cleaning herself off.

  "Cause she's Lindsay." She began to choke up. The bell rang and we both walked out of the bathroom in silence and headed to class.

  School went by fast and me and Chloe didn't say much to one another being she was pretty bummed. When the last bell rang I went to my locker and so did Chloe. I threw my stuff in and met her at the front of the school.

  "Hey" Chloe said. She looked a lot happier. "I have to go home and shower before we go and all hangout. I smell like milk." She laughed. Her laugh was so cute I can't take it. "You can come if you want and wait in my room. I'm home alone most of the time my dad left us and my mom works all the time but she won't mind." She smiled. I shook my head, and we began walking to her house.
