Changing Names and Dropping Out

Changing Names: (This is directed at everyone not just the people who have changed their names)

Okay, so I know how fun it is to change your user name and yada yada yada, but when you do it makes it 10x harder to be in a book club. Because then your partners cant find your story, and I have to spend hours trying to change the members list since it had your old user name on all your previous partners lists. 

I'm not saying its a bad thing to change your user name, but please try to hold back from doing so. Especially when you change it but never tell anyone in the book club. So please only change your user name if you absolutely without a doubt will die if you cant and NOTIFY ME or at least make a post in the comments. 

Also, I'm not saying change it back to your original one if you already did because I finally just got all caught up and fixed everything. I've had someone change their user name 3x now, luckily their not in the club anymore, not saying any names. 

You can still change your username (I can't force you not to) but please notify me. 

Dropping Out:

This is the list of people who haven't been active in this book club for more than a week. If you haven't been active because you don't see your name in the grouping its either because:

a. you didn't reply 'done' in the comments

b. it was a mistake

c. you didn't do the reading/feedback

If it was A, that's an easy fix. All you have to do is tell me you finished the previous week and I can so easily add you in the current grouping which is stated at the end of each week. 

If it was B, well that happens a lot, sometimes I just miss your 'done' on accident. I make a crap ton of mistakes daily. Also an easy fix. 

If it was C, that's not an easy fix. That means if you want back in you have to finish your last grouping you were paired in. 

You can always join back in, as long as you finish the previous grouping you missed or reply 'done'. Don't be afraid to send me a message like "hey why am I not in week whatever." I don't bite. 

Also if you can no longer participate in this club, please notify me, I wont be angry nor will I curse you out. Week 6 is almost over and lots of people haven't finished yet :)
