"Cmon Y/n... It's your first day of kindergarten. You'll be fine!" My appa said. I only have my appa, my sister Chaeyoung and my two brothers, Chul Woo and Byung Woo. My eomma left us when Chaeyoung was born. She died, she was murdered at the hospital. But luckily, Chaeyoung survived. The nurse took Chaeyoung to my appa. But we miss you eomma.
"Nononono!!! I don't wanna go!!! How come Chae doesn't have to gooo!" I said, stomping my left foot. Being stubborn.
"Cause Chae has preschool!" My appa said. "You'll make friends Y/n!!! Plus, Chul Woo and Byung Woo will be here too!!! But they'll be in 2nd grade. You'll be okay!!!"
I shook my head. "Fine!!!" I walk into the classroom, with my head down. I put my bag and coat in my locker and sit down in my assigned seat.
Not long after, a girl sits down beside me. I looked up at her shyly. She looked like she was crying.
"H-Hey! A-Are you okay?" I stutter. She looks at me and shakes her head.
"I miss my eomma!!!" She said.
"I know how you feel, I miss my appa, ChuChu, BuBu and Chae." I said looking down.
"Oh... What about your eomma?" She asks.
"She's gone, she died." I said quietly.
"Oh no!!! Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah I'm okay. Oh by the way, what's your name?" I asked.
"I'm Jennie!!! You?" Jennie asked.
"Y/n!!!" I smile brightly.
"Do you wanna be friends?" Jennie asks.
"Sure!!!" I say.
"Yay!!!" Jennie smiles brightly.
I never knew, eleven years later. I would fall in love with my best friend.
