Blinded

~Chapter 5~

We walked into the bank and my heart began to beat a mile a minute. I grew nervous by the second, the guards stood by the door so it wouldn't look like anything was happening. I followed Niall to the ATM where he took out his wallet and withdraws 100 dollars.

"Wasn't it was ten-thousand Niall?" I asked quietly. 

"Yeah, but this is for us," he said smiling.

"What?" I guess I didn't really know what he was going to do.

Niall glanced at the guards who were both distracted looking out of the window.

"C'mon" he said grabbing my wrist and pulling him with me. I was so confused but I followed along.

"Excuse me is there a bathroom around here?" he asked a worker. "Yes straight down the hall!" she replied. "Thank you," Niall replied. 

We ran down the hall and to the bathroom before we could get inside the bathrooms we heard distant shouting. Niall pulled me into the mens room and immediately looked up.

"Here we go!" he whispered. he opened a stall and stood on the toilet. "Come up Elizabeth," I got on the toilet with him and he gave me a boost and I jumped and cautiously climbed out of the window. 

I landed on the grass and I heard the shouting get louder. I waited for Niall and within seconds he was out of the window.

He grabbed my arm and we ran as fast at we could. Niall let go of my hand but I continued to follow him even though I was growing tired. 

Niall pulled out his phone and dialed a number.

"Harry we're out meet me at the gas station with the others" he said.

"Yes we are going there!" he yelled.

He held his phone in his hand and grabbed my arm again and we ran. We suddenly stopped in front of a gas station and we ran inside.

"Get anything you need Elizabeth I'll get the food and water!" Niall yelled running away to another aisle.

I went to the toiletries aisle and grabbed soap, pads, shampoo, conditioner a pack of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Even though Niall still hasn't told me what we were doing I knew we were running away but what about my mother. I went up to the cash register and Niall came behind me.

"Go grab a couple more of everything and get razors, hurry Elizabeth" he said. I ran to aisle and grabbed more of everything I got. I brought it back and Niall payed.

As I was grabbing the bags  Niall's phone rang. 

"Put gas in the truck we'll be out in a second," Niall said. I grabbed the bags and went outside.

"The red chevy," Niall said. I walked toward it. Niall put the bags in the trunk and I did the same.

"Get in I'll be in in a minute," he said. He looked at me with reassuring eyes and I knew he knew what he was doing. I knew I was going to be safe. I felt it. 

I opened the passenger door and found me mom sitting in it. My eyes widened.

"Oh my gosh! Thank god you're okay Elizabeth!" she said hugging me. 

"Get in guys!" I turned around to see Harry. 

"Hey Elizabeth," he said. "Hi," I replied.

I opened the door and found more people sitting inside. 

"Here you can sit in the back," Liam stepped out and pulled the seat forward and I climbed in.

"Hold it," I heard Niall yell. He climbed in and sat beside me. Liam pushed the seat back and climbed in. 

"Don't you think someone else should sit on the passenger side," I paused "You know in case someone recognizes my mom," I said.

"Liam switch and make it quick," Harry says. After Liam and my mom switch me drive off.

"Where are we going Niall?" I ask.

"Florida," he said. I nodded.

"Oh Elizabeth, I left your phone at the gas station just in case someone tracks us down here's you new phone with a new number," Louis said handing me a new phone.

"Thank you" i replied.

I held my phone in my hand thought consuming my head as I look out the window.

I moved toward Niall and layed on his lap putting my feet up on the seat. I looked up at his eyes and he looked down into mine. He began playing with my hair and soon we both fell asleep safely beside each other.
