The only thing i could hear was my breathing and my worn out boots echo through the dark empty street that i lived

I gasp checking the time from my second-hand pink watch showing that im half an hour late to arrived home and make dinner for my mother

Oh my goodness, i am so going to get trouble!

I quickly ran faster once i saw the familiar building coming to my view not wasting my time i dashed in, using the emergency staircase to reach my floor

Finally reaching to the hallway as i stand infront the familiar green broken door, i bend down catching my breath trying to stable my breathing after all those running marathon

Once my breathing is stable i gulped, preparing what's going to happen once i open it

I can feel my hands shaking as it make contact to the doorknob, i gulped again and repeatly wishing to the god hoping they could hear me and saved me to what is going to happen

I twisted slowly gently and mostly quietly opening the door wide enough for me to come in. I let out a breath which i didn't know i did as i look in the semi darkness room

I sigh in relieve, she's not here yet

But fate has other plan. Once i switch on the light next to the door i gasp as i saw my mother sitting on the worn out sofa with her other hand on the top of the sofa and another hand at the side holding another bottle of alcohol

"Where have you been?" i gulped, my eyes went wide feeling my body shaking doesn't have the urged to speak

"I asked you WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!" i jump from my mother raised voice quickly answered didn't want to make her mad even further, but i already did

"I-i was he-helping my friend to ta-take over her shift so th-then we can ha-have an e-extra money for th-the bills" i lied hoping she would let me go this one through

To be honest i had actually finish my shift at a small cafe just across this area at the town in the evening and wanted to read books at the public library for a break but i didn't know i slept throughout the break till night and the people there didn't even bother to wake me up

Then I hear my mother chuckling, oh no i've been caught

"Do you think you can fall for me like that?"

My eyes went wide as she stood up making me froze on my spot

She turned around looking at me with so much hate in her eyes as i whimpered hating to know whats going to happen

She took long stride towards me grabing my long blonde hair and throw me at the ground, i yelp at the impact of the hard floor feeling the pain stings on my body as tears about to form on my blue eyes

"You little bitch, you disrespected me when i give a roof on top of your head and this is what you give me instead!" she spat with full of venom in her voice, i whimpered

"I-im sorry-AHH!" I scream feeling her foot kicking my stomach hard, i cried hugging my body together feeling her beating on my fragile body forming new bruises

"This is your punishment for not coming home early and make me dinner you worthless pig! I dont even know why i have you as my daughter when you just a pain in my ass"

i feel my heart pang from those hurtful words as i cried pleading her to stop but it makes even more worse as she punch on my face, i cried silently wishing for them to come and rescue me, but i know they can't

"Shut the fuck up you pig, if i hear one more voice coming from those ugly lips i'll make it more worse" i hissed in pain as another kick come fly on my stomach i whimpered

"Understand?" i didn't reply or move because the pain from my body is unbearing as tears run down on my cheeks trying my best to move but the pain stings

"DO YOU UNDERSTAND!" i still didn't reply feeling the pain stings again all i can do is whimpered and wishing to god to save me from this nightmare, but like always they couldn't hear me or even them

Where are you...

"You worthless bitch" i didn't realized that as i take my one last strength to look up a glass bottle came in my view not before i heard lots of footsteps coming in the room and then all went pitch black as i whispered to myself

Am i in the hospital?

i pushed all my strength trying to open my eyes slightly. The vision becomes clearer once i adjust from the brightness of the light rubbing my eyes slowly as i noticed that i was sleeping in a comfy bed with tubes all around me

i gasp

Wa-wait, I-i am in the hospital! H-how? When?

all i remember is that i was at the house with my mother yelling and throwing a glass bottle at me, and after that i see black

i whimpered, remember that cruel memory repeating on my mind, not till i felt a big warm thumb caressing my cheeks as it wiping my tears from falling which i didn't realised it was

I look up and saw five attractive men standing infront of me, looking at me with happiness, sad, angry and love?

Wh-who are they? Do i-i know them? I seems to recognized some, b-but i can't point out who

i jump slightly when i saw another familiar old men which seems to be alarmed by my panic face, even the other boys quickly jump to action coming towards me trying their best to calm myself down, which it works

Once my breath was slightly stable i straight away asked

"Wh-who ar-are yo-you? All of y-you"

The old men smiled with a little hint of happiness and relieved took over his face as he gazed lovingly towards me

"Do not be scared, my child. We will always be by your side to protect you, my dear Ella"

My eyes went wide open when i recognized who does this voice belong too

"Fa-father?"
